Transients of medium current density and magnetic force in the weld volume with and without a ferromagnetic platform have been studied. The dependence of the amplitude values of the average current density and magnetic forces in the weld volume on the depth of penetration of the electromagnetic field through the non-magnetic plate for different variants of the plate thickness was studied.

Zbadano przebiegi przejściowe średniej gęstości prądu i siły magnetycznej w objętości spoiny z platformą ferromagnetyczną i bez niej. Badano zależność wartości amplitud średniej gęstości prądu i sił magnetycznych w objętości spoiny od głębokości wnikania pola elektromagnetycznego przez płytę niemagnetyczną dla różnych wariantów grubości płyty.

The problem of obtaining high-quality (commercial) food grains and seeds of cereals and oilseeds can be solved by using fractional technology for post-harvest processing of grain. The shortcomings of existing machines can be eliminated if, when a particle moves in an ascending air flow, the orientation of its axes of inertia in the channel space is stabilized. One of the effective ways of directional orientation of elongated grains can be the imposition of a stable electric field on a two-phase flow (grain-air). The article theoretically summarizes and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem of increasing the efficiency of the process of separating grain material according to the complex of aerodynamic and electrophysical properties of individual components of the grain material.

Problem otrzymywania wysokiej jakości (handlowych) zbóż spożywczych oraz nasion zbóż i roślin oleistych można rozwiązać stosując technologię frakcyjną do pożniwnego przerobu ziarna. Wady istniejących maszyn można wyeliminować, jeśli podczas ruchu cząstki we wznoszącym się strumieniu powietrza ustabilizuje się orientacja jej osi bezwładności w przestrzeni kanału. Jednym ze skutecznych sposobów kierunkowej orientacji wydłużonych ziaren może być nałożenie stabilnego pola elektrycznego na przepływ dwufazowy (ziarno-powietrze). W artykule teoretycznie podsumowano i zaproponowano nowe rozwiązanie problemu naukowego zwiększenia wydajności procesu separacji materiału ziarnowego według kompleksu właściwości aerodynamicznych i elektrofizycznych poszczególnych składników materiału ziarnowego.

A comparative analysis of the results of numerical modelling of electro physical processes occurring in the middle of a cylindrical inductor, using different configurations of the heat exchanger has been proved. According to the results of computer simulation, a comparison of power, resistance, inductance and current at given values of the electromotive force at the terminals of the inductor winding was done.

Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą wyników modelowania numerycznego procesów elektrofizycznych zachodzących w środku wzbudnika cylindrycznego przy zastosowaniu różnych konfiguracji wymiennika ciepła. Zgodnie z wynikami symulacji komputerowej dokonano porównania mocy, rezystancji, indukcyjności i prądu przy zadanych wartościach siły elektromotorycznej na zaciskach uzwojenia cewki indukcyjnej.
