The Fenton reagent was used in the treatment of wastewaters originated from three different farming units: wheat-beet, rye-potato and fruit. The values of COD, TOC, biodegradability and toxicity towards insects and plants were determined. The optimal experimental conditions for wastewater treatment were established. The significant decrease of wastewaters toxicity was noted.
