Nitowanie obwiedniowe i radialne jest jednym z głównych procesów wykorzystywanych podczas formowania połączeń nierozłącznych na zimno. W artykule opisano nitownicę o budowie modułowej umożliwiającą w łatwy sposób wymianę głowicy radialnej na obwiedniową. Przedstawiono również układ walidacji procesu nitowania poprzez jednoczesny pomiar siły i przemieszczenia oraz porównania ich przebiegu ze wzorcem.

The orbital and radial riveting is one of the metal forming processes which enables the manufacture of products through cold working. The riveting machine with modular shape of structure was presented. The main parts of it were shown. On the end the riveting process validating criteria and subsystem used to force and displacement measurements were described.

Stanowiska te mogą zostać wykorzystane jako pomoce dydaktyczne w szkołach technicznych średniego szczebla i wyższych uczelniach.

IMBiGS made educational stands were described in the paper. Their elements and funcionality were presented. This stands were dedicated to developing skillings of the technical personel. They can be used in the all levels schools.

Zharmonizowanie polskich norm, które stanowią podstawę projektowania i oceny maszyn pod względem bezpieczeństwa z normami ISO i EN, stwarza konieczność stosowania metod kształtowania konstrukcji oraz metod badawczych zgodnych z obowiązującymi w UE. Z tej przyczyny aby nie stosować metod zastępczych, prowizorycznych, w Instytucie Mechanizacji Budownictwa i Górnictwa Skalnego (IMBIGS) w Warszawie stworzono w 1999 r. odpowiednio wyposażone stanowisko do badan konstrukcji ochronnych maszyn. Stanowisko jest przystosowane do badań konstrukcji ochronnych przed przewróceniem się maszyny typu ROPS we wszystkich rodzajach, typach i wielkościach maszyn, w których te konstrukcje występują. Są to badania na zgodność z obowiązującymi normami, przewidzianymi dla danej maszyny. Opisane stanowisko jest urządzeniem unikatowym. W Polsce jest to jedyny egzemplarz, ale wymagający modernizacji - szczególnie w zakresie układu sterowania.

Harmonizing of Polish norms which underlie for the designing and the estimation of machines in respect of the safety, with norms ISO and EN necessitates usages of methods of the formation of constructions and investigative methods with obligatory in the EU. On that account, not to use methods supplementary and provisional, in the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining in Warsaw, it was created in 1999, the properly equipped stand for testing the construction of protective machines. The stand is adapted to examine of protective constructions before the turnover of the machine of the type ROPS in all kinds, types and sizes of machines in which these constructions appear. These are the investigation on the agreement with obligatory norms provided for the given machine. The described stand is a unique device. In Poland it is the only copy but exacting already the modernization - especially within the range the control system.

W artykule zostały przedstawione modułowe stanowiska dydaktyczne przeznaczone dla studentów uczelni technicznych, w szczególności z kierunków: automatyka, robotyka, mechatronika i elektrotechnika. Stanowiska, ze względu na realizowane zadania, zostały podzielone na dwie grupy: obiektowe oraz sieciowe. Celem artykułu jest pokazanie, jak specjalistyczne stanowiska dydaktyczne mogą podnieść poziom wiedzy z dziedziny automatyki i systemów sterowania przyszłych inżynierów, jak ważna jest przemysłowa automatyzacja w dzisiejszych czasach oraz jak mogą wyglądać profesjonalne stanowiska dydaktyczne będące standardem laboratoriów każdej uczelni wyższej pragnącej kształcić wysoce wyspecjalizowanych inżynierów automatyków.

In the paper are described modular workstations for education purposes of technical universities, especially for students of the following subjects: automation control, robotics, mechatronics and electrical engineering. The workstations are split, according to task into two groups: the „process” workstations and the industrial network workstations. The main aim of the article is to show how specialized educational workstation can increase the level of engineers’ knowledge in such fields of science, like automation control and control systems. It also explains the importance of an industrial automation in present, fast developing world and how modern workstations should look like. In the article it is highlighted, that a university, which would likes to educate future-oriented control system engineers should possess such the educational workstations.

The constant demand for quality improvement was a crucial factor in the development of the next generation machines for mounting applicators. This article describes three generations of machines designed to mount efficiently the cap with the applicator. This work presents a detailed description of these machines and an insight into their principles of operation.

Artykuł jest wybiórczym przeglądem rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych i procesów technologicznych montażu w automatach do łączenia dwóch lub trzech małych elementów z tworzyw sztucznych lub metalu skonstruowanych i budowanych w IMBiGS. Pomimo wydawałoby się prostego procesu montażowego przedstawiono urządzenia o przemyślanych rozwiązaniach konstrukcyjnych oraz inżynierskich. Możliwe jest zastosowanie przedstawionej idei rozwiązań przy konstrukcji stanowisk do montażu podobnych elementów.

The article provides a selective review of recent technological processes as well as description of technological aspects of automated machines design used for joining two or of three small plastic or metal elements constructed and built in IMBiGS. The authors presents modern, thorough, and advanced solutions for this assembly process that may look simple for some of us, but it is not. Above-mentioned technological solutions may have practical application for designing automatic assembly positions.

Article describes the problem of the automatic transport of cartouches from the injection moulding machine to the printer's screen processing by using the ASi industrial network. Delivering of cartouches takes place with help of conveyor belts working in tandem with silos and units of valve plates and training walls directing their flow. The system works automatically right from the beginning till the end of the process. Thanks to this solution a work transport at the production hall is streamlined and additional free space is gained.
