W artykule dokonano oceny, w jakim stopniu zastosowanie układu konstrukcyjno-materiałowego w formie tzw. dachu zielonego wpływa na poprawę parametrów technicznych stropów w budynkach poddawanych modernizacji. W pierwszej części artykułu podano charakterystykę dachów zielonych, ich rodzaje, jak również opisano najczęściej stosowane układy warstw. W części drugiej zestawiono parametry termiczno-wilgotnościowe stropodachu przykładowego budynku przed modernizacją, po dociepleniu przy zachowaniu tradycyjnego układu warstw (termo- plus hydroizolacja), oraz po wykonaniu dachu zielonego ekstensywnego.

The article assesses the extent to which the use of the construction and material system in the form of the so-called green roof affects the improvement of technical parameters of ceilings in buildings which undergo modernization. The first part of the article presents the characteristics of green roofs, their types, as well as the most commonly used layering systems. The second part describes the thermal and humidity parameters of the flat roof of the exemplary building before modernization, after insulation, while maintaining the traditional layering system (thermal plus hydroinsulation), and after construction of the extensive green roof.
