Obrazy rastrowe, uzyskane za pomocą urządzeń biomedycznych wykorzystywanych do wizualnej i automatycznej analizy w medycynie i biologii mogą być określane obrazami biomedycznymi (BMI). Istotnym problemem w analizie BMI jest określenie i zbadanie odpowiednich cech diagnostycznych. Cechę informacyjną tego procesu stanowi funkcja konturu BMI, który pokazuje informacje o zmianie stanu mikro obiektów i zachodzących w nich procesów patologicznych. Chociaż w ostatnie badania dotyczą transformacji konturu w przestrzeniach afinicznych i topologicznych, błędy transformacji konturu i ich składowych nadal pozostają nieodkryte. Dokument omawia transformację typu „kontur - kontur" w celu uzyskania obrazów z określonym błędem, podczas przeprowadzania analizy cytologicznych obrazów.

Raster images obtained with the help of any biomedical equipment used for visual and automated analysis in medicine and biology may be called biomedical images (BMI). An important problem in the analysis of BMI is to identify and explore diagnostic features used for diagnosis. The informative feature in this process is the contour function of the BMI, which shows information about the change of state in micro objects and pathological processes in them. Although, in recent studies the transformation of contour in affine and topological spaces has been explored, transformation errors of the contour transformations and their components still remain unexplored. Paper study the transformation error of “contour-contour” type to perform of the images with a given error while conducting the analysis of cytological images.
