The article presents issues related to the determination of resistance, impedance, and reactance of rail vehicles wheelsets in relation to applicable standards and regulations. The methodology of conducting this type of test is discussed, and a configured test stand is presented to measure the resistance and impedance of the wheelsets. The uncertainty budget for this type of testing is discussed. Exemplary measurement results are presented and analyzed.

W pracy zostały opisane podstawowe zagadnienia związane z pomiarami pola magnetycznego zmiennego w elektrycznych pojazdach trakcyjnych w odniesieniu do obowiązujących norm i przepisów. Szczegółowo omówiono technikę pomiarów pola magnetycznego oraz problematykę poprawności ich wykonywania i oceny. Przeprowadzone badania pól magnetycznych generowanych przez wybrane pojazdy trakcyjne wykazały, że wskazane jest doprecyzowanie wymagań prawnych w odniesieniu do tramwajów.

The paper describes the basic issues related to the measurements of alternating magnetic field in electric traction vehicles in relation to the applicable standards and regulations. The technique of magnetic field measurements and the problem of their correctness and evaluation are discussed in detail. Conducted research on magnetic fields generated by selected traction vehicles showed that it is advisable to clarify legal requirements with respect to trams.

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z badaniami odbieraków prądu instalowanych na elektrycznych pojazdach trakcyjnych w odniesieniu do obowiązujących norm i przepisów. Omówiono tematykę pomiarów nacisku statycznego i zaprezentowano skonstruowane stanowisko pomiarowe do badań statycznych odbieraków prądu. Przedstawiono i omówiono charakterystyki statyczne dla wybranych pantografów. Badania przeprowadzono zgodnie z wymaganiami normy PN-EN 50206-1:2010.

The article presents issues related to testing current collectors installed on electric traction vehicles in relation to the applicable standards and regulations. The subject of static contact force measurements is discussed and a constructed measuring stand for testing static current collectors is presented. The static characteristics for selected pantographs were presented and discussed. The tests were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN 50206-1: 2010 standard.
