The purpose of this article is to present a marketing research method called a „Mystery Client” as a tool of building customer relationships in the organization. Currently, it is not enough to have service at the excellent level, it is time to create an excellence in the customer experience. One of new instruments to achieve this target is to conduct a mystery shopping method in the organization. This technique can be a very useful method to stimuli a change in many fields, especially it is seen in the customer service field, that will leverage an organization to a higher grade and will allow it to work out a competitive advantage on the market. This method is also introduced to achieve the full satisfaction of buying goods and services by the client.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawianie metody „Tajemniczy Klient” jako narzędzia do budowania relacji z klientami w organizacji. Współcześnie nie wystarczy osiągnąć wysokiego poziomu obsługi klienta, istotne staje się wykreowanie doświadczenia u klienta, które będzie dla niego odczuwalne jako doskonałe. Jednym z nowoczesnych instrumentów, które pomogą organizacji osiągnąć taki cel, jest metoda badawcza „Tajemniczy Klient”. Ta technika pozwala pobudzać organizację do zmian w różnych obszarach – szczególnie jest to zauważalne w obsłudze klienta – dzięki którym stanie się ona konkurencyjna na rynku. Metoda ta ma za zadanie również doprowadzić klienta do osiągnięcia przez niego pełnej satysfakcji z zakupu produktów czy usług.

The purpose of this article is to highlight the role that the customer relationship management plays in organizations operating in international markets in order to develop and maintain a competitive advantage in these markets in the long run. Focusing on customers and understanding their needs with respect to their cultural and customs differences are key elements for gaining and maintaining profitable customer relationships on these markets. The staff responsible for relations with customers should be adequately prepared to work in international markets and be supported by all departments of the organization. Otherwise the success of this organization can fail.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest podkreślenie związku, jaki istnieje pomiędzy emocjami pracownika działu obsługi klienta i zachowaniami zakupowymi klientów. Podsumowując, to klienci są tym elementem w łańcuchu biznesowym organizacji, który przynosi jej zysk dzięki dokonanym zakupom produktów i usług. Emocje pracownika wpływają na emocje klienta, a tym samym na jego poziom satysfakcji, a w efekcie przekładają się na zachowania zakupowe tego klienta.

In the article was introduced the conceptions of the optimization of the cast-iron batch near the use the mathematical programmer MATLAB. The results of industrial tests were showed with the use of the batch from sheet metals. It was showed on the possibility of formulating the tasks of optimizing with the use of the programming linear. It was showed on more effective utilization the power of productive foundries and minimalizing losses coming into being in the result of the inappropriate selection of the raw material composition. The conduct of optimizing the intervention of the fusion of cast iron was talked over.

W artykule przedstawiono zagrożenia wynikające z przetwarzania blach ocynkowanych w procesach topienia żeliwa. Pokazano wyniki prób przemysłowych z zastosowaniem wsadu z blach ocynkowanych. Wskazano na możliwość formułowania zadań optymalizowania z użyciem programowania liniowego. Wskazano na efektywniejsze wykorzystanie mocy produkcyjnych odlewni i zminimalizowanie strat powstających w wyniku niewłaściwego doboru składu surowcowego. Omówiono postępowanie optymalizowania zabiegu topienia żeliwa sfero EN-GJS-500-7 o właściwościach zgodnych z normą PN-EN 1563.

In the article the consequential from processing of zinc-plated sheet metals threats in processes the melting of cast iron were presented. The industrial test data with use of furnace charge from zinc-plated were showed. The formulating the problems of optimizing from use of linear programming were showed on possibility. It was showed on more effective utilization the productive power of foundry and the minimizing losses forming in result of wrong selection of the raw material composition. It the conduct of optimizing the treatment of melting of cast iron sphere EN - GJS-500-7 about properties conforming with norm PN - EN 1563. was talked over.

W pracy wskazano na możliwość zastosowania metody programowania liniowego do ustalania składu wsadu żeliwnego z udziałem ocynkowanych blach. Ponadto poddano analizie oddziaływanie cynku na właściwości żeliwa. Przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń i wstępnych badań optymalizujących wytopy żeliwa z wsadem zanieczyszczonym cynkiem.

The introduced analysis shows on possibility essential zinc influences on porosity, as and the content as well as structure of sulphur dirts of cast iron. The cost-analysis shows however on possibility of procurance of profitable economic effects near utilization to batch of sheet metals with zinc. Problem is essential because definite requirements access on of raw material market be made difficult to fulfilling materials. One of these materials are sheet metals with zinc. The situation forces the casting industry to search new methods of obtention cast iron. The expression the problem of suitable selection of added materials, as task the rope programming, it will permit on more effective utilization the productive power of foundry near minimalizing the nascent in result of inappropriate selection of the raw material composition losses. From here also the test of optimization of process fusion from regard in batch of zinc are presence.

Technikę sieciową można w przedsiębiorstwie wykorzystać różnorodnie. Jedni nawiązują w ten sposób kontakt z klientami, przedstawiają swoje oferty, inni na nowych zasadach organizują współprace z partnerami i dostawcami. Istotne jest, aby narzędzia komunikacji firmy z klientem były wykorzystywane odpowiednio. Badaniami objęto strony WWW firm działających w Polsce. Ocenie poddano skuteczność komunikacji oraz wykorzystanie możliwości internetu w relacjach firma-klient. Internet to niezwykle ważny i istotny kanał komunikacji marketingowej dzisiejszego przedsiębiorstwa, a WWW i e-mail to podstawowe narzędzia wykorzystywane do komunikowania przez internet. Coraz większego znaczenia nabiera indywidualna komunikacja z klientem, zaś większość firm dba jedynie o komunikację z klientem masowym, co nie jest trafne w przypadku indywidualnej techniki komunikacji, jaka jest internet.

The net technology may be used in a variety of ways in companies. Some use it to make contact with their customers to present their offers, others to establish new principles of co-operation with their partners and suppliers. It is thus essential that such tools are used in a suitable way. The research included www pages of companies operating in Poland. Two things were estimated in due course of the research the efficiency of communication and the possibility of using Internet in relations between companies and their customers. Internet is a highly important channel of marketing communication in today's companies, and www pages as well as e-mail are key tools used in communicating through Internet. Additionally, individual communication with a customer is becoming more and more significant, whereas the majority of companies are only interested in communicating with the mass customer, which is not exactly accurate in case of the means of individual communication, namely Internet.
