Warunki rynkowe, a w szczególności presja cenowa, w jakich obecnie funkcjonują producenci konstrukcji stalowych do zastosowań w elektroenergetyce, są bardzo wymagające pod względem technicznym i handlowym. Jednym ze scenariuszy łagodzącym skutki tego procesu jest kooperacja z klientami na etapie projektowania i produkcji konstrukcji prototypowych, a następnie udział w jej optymalizowaniu. Takie podejście do współpracy wymaga od producenta dysponowania wysoko wykwalifikowaną kadrą inżynierską oraz doświadczeniem.

Market conditions, in particular the price pressure, currently imposed on manufacturers of steel fabrications for electrical power engineering, are very demanding in technical and commercial terms. One of the scenarios mitigating effects of this process is cooperation with clients at the stages of design and production of prototype fabrication, and then participation in its optimization. This approach to cooperation requires the manufacturer to have a highly qualified technological personnel, as well as experience.

In the paper two compositions of the multi-component PZT-type ceramics admixtures by Mn4+, Sb3+, W6+, Ni6+ were presented. The ceramic powders were synthesized by the calcination of powders while their densification was carried out by free sintering method. The dielectric, ferroelectric, piezoelectric studies and DC electrical conductivity of the multicomponent PZT-type samples were presented. The results of the multi-component ceramics predispose these type materials in micromechatronic and microelectronic applications for example as element of the actuators.

Opisuje problemy produkcyjne, z którymi przyszło nam się zmierzyć w trakcie realizacji wspomnianego zlecenia, jak również specjalistyczne technologie oraz nowoczesne aparaty pomiarowe, które znajdują zastosowanie w trakcie produkcji tego typu konstrukcji.

This article concerns implementation of gas turbine components production, based on three sets of compressor vane carriers. Briefly describes production issues, that occurred while manufacturing the mentioned components as well as special technologies and advanced measuring devices being used during production and in-process inspections of this type of constructions.
