In this work, we establish some assumptions that guaranteeing the global exponential stability (GES) of the zero solution of a neutral differential equation (NDE). We aim to extend and improves some results found in the literature.

A vector functional differential equation of the fourth order with multiple deviating arguments is considered. New sufficient conditions are established to guarantee the instability of the zero solution of the equation to be considered. We give an example to illustrate the subject.

We study the asymptotic behavior of solutions to a nonlinear differential equation of the second order whose coefficient of nonlinearity is a bounded function for arbitrarily large values of x in R. We obtain certain sufficient conditions which guarantee boundedness of solutions, their convergence to zero as x→∞ and their unboundedness
