The given work is focused on the analysis of the eigenfreqencies and natural shapes as well as it is connected with stress distribution in the frequency area referring to the ductile cast iron with the spheroidal shape of graphite. The analysis was made with help of finite element method (FEM) in the software system ADINA.v.8.6.2.

The article is dealing about static and dynamic analyze of the K1-K5 manipulator arm loading and natural frequencies of manipulator arm by the help of the mathematic modeling of finite element method with utilization of ProEngineer (design and meshing) and CosmosM programs.

One of the most fundamental relations governing the dynamic properties of materials is Hooke's law of elasticity. Hooke's law is a relationship between stress and strain. Hooke's law describes materials which have relatively low damping very accurately. Short theory needed for calculation of elastic modulus, shear modulus and Poison's ratio is presented in this paper. Static measurement stress-strain characteristics of rubber and dynamic tests were described. Calculation of elastic modulus, shear modulus and Poisson's ratio of rubber is shown. Then the influence of strain' velocity on elastic modulus was measured and calculated and complex elastic modulus was calculated from dynamic tests.

The article is dealing with the natural frequencies analyse of the bearing-type transferring, which is attached to the frame from above. Transferring is a part of a production line, which is used in rubber industry and serves by the assembling of the truck tyres and tyres.

The article is dealing with the measurement of the tire impurities circulation by the dynamic loading along with the disc. There are made measurements for the various tire velocities on the roadway by the constant inflation pressure in tire and by the tire constant external loading and time service longitudes. In the article is suggested the process of the measurement evaluation by the method of the active factor experiment.

The development of new aggregates of mobile machine aims at the reduction of production and operational costs and, at the same time, at the increase of transmitted power when a sufficient reliability is provided. Simultaneously, the real operational safety concerning maximum permissible stress is also rescued. This results in necessity of further more exact methods of design and strength control of aggregate elements. The use of vibration data from rotating machinery to determine machine health has a long history. A practical example of gearbox vibration frequency analysis is presented, which demonstrates the use of high-resolution frequency controls using zoom FFT for diagnostic purposes. It is intended to show how to get and interpret good results from controls, with particular reference to points, which arise in gearbox applications.

Cyclic strain of tyres leads to hysteresis loses. Long-term and repeated deformation damages tenacity of composite structure of tyre, which causes destruction of tyre. Radial personal tyres were laboratory tested on HASBACH test machine. The tyres were dynamically loaded. Changes of temperature of air in tyre were measured using thermocouples. The measurements were realized for various types of radial tyres and dependency temperature versus time for various values of internal tyre pressure and rotational velocity was measured. Suitable mathematic models were created. Parameters were determined using nonlinear regression from measured values.

In this study, experimental investigation vibration behavior of square composite plate by electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is employed. Resonant frequencies and corresponding mode shape are obtained experimentally using the present method. The numerical calculations by the finite element method (Cosmos) are performed and the results are compared with the experimental measurements. Good agreement is obtained for both results of resonant frequencies and mode shapes. Theory of plate vibrations allows us to determine Poisson's ratio v, Young's modulus E and shear modulus G from the measured resonant frequencies.

Content available remote Application of Linearization Technique in Stochastic Dynamics
EN
The paper presents the solution of the stochastic vibration of non-linear mechanical systems with Gaussian random excitations. It's realised the short review abot linearization techniques in stochastic dynamic. The presented method was used to solution of the inelastic truss structures.

The article deals with the analysis of the natural discs frequencies realized by the means of mathematic simulation by the finite elements method, by which the programs AutoCAD and Cosmos M were used. First fifty natural frequencies are presented for the listed type of the steel disc. The experimental measurement for the listed disc type was made by the Doppler vibrometer. The results of the measurement are presented in a graphic form and the measurement was performed in radial and axial direction.

The contents of the paper point out the necessity of combining the theoretical and experimental approaches in the investigation of tire load in vehicles. The models are planar and they model the cross-section of the tyre enabling the consideration of the bottom load and the internal pressure in the tyre, as well as the influence of the lateral force. The paper presents the findings, the formulations necessary for solving the task obtained in the experimental model tests and serving as a basis for comparison with the results obtained from purely theoretical approaches, e.g. by the method of finite elements, with identical load conditions.

For observatory of vibrations of aluminum rectangular plate was used two different methods: mathematical and experimental. Experimental part was done by holograhpy speckle interferometry (HSI). This method - HSI - is very suitable for non-destructive observatory several types of materials - in our experiment is it aluminum rectangular plate. Results of this method - vibration modes - are applicable especially in designing of various structures. Results of the mathematical modeling are suitable for verifing and comparison with results from HSI method - they are very comparisonable. In our mathematical modeling program MARC was used with help of the FEM.

All rotating machinery generates vibration, the analysis of which renders valuable information about the condition of the machines. This article describes the type of vibration signals to be expected for faults in typical elements and the analysis techniques to be used for early detection. Furthermore, diagnostic methods are described witch permit estimation of the remaining life of an element once a fault has been detected.

The friction properties of vulcanized rubber were investigated. The friction force between planar sample and chosen surface at various values of sliding velocity and normal pressure was measured. The experimental equipment based on standard tensile machine 1NSTRON 4302 was used. The samples of tread compQunds and some materials (asphalt, concrete, glass, steel) were tested. The experimental dependencies of the friction coefficient to the sliding velocity show good agreement with published experimental and theoretical results.

Content available remote Evaluation of the vibration measurement on the “Microcar” vehicle
EN
The paper deals with the experimental measuring and an evaluation of loads of "Microcar" vehicle rear axle in real service conditions. "Microcar" is a small vehicle designed for maintenance work, able to carry up to 2000 kilograms and having a maximum speed of 55 km/h (kilometers per hour). The load evaluation under the durability view is realised by the Rainflow counting method, Level-crossing method and Haigh and Oding hypotheses.
