Interval-valued fuzzy soft decision making problems have obtained great popularity recently. Most of the current methods depend on level soft set that provide choice value of alternatives to be ranked. Such choice value always encounter the equal condition that the optimal alternative can't be gained. Most important of all, the current decision making procedure is not in accordance with the way that the decision makers think about the decision making problems. In this paper, we initiate a new axiomatic definition of interval-valued fuzzy distance measure and similarity measure, which is expressed by interval-valued fuzzy number (IVFN) that will reduce the information loss and keep more original information. Later, the objective weights of various parameters are determined via grey system theory, meanwhile, we develop the combined weights, which can show both the subjective information and the objective information. Then, we present three algorithms to solve interval-valued fuzzy soft decision making problems by Multi- Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison (MABAC), Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) and new similarity measure. Three approaches solve some unreasonable conditions and promote the development of decision making methods. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of approaches are demonstrated by some numerical examples.

Fast and effective extraction of equivalent shunt resistance for each subcell of GaInP/GaInAs/Ge triple-junction concentrator solar cells is presented. The two-diode model of single junction was introduced to establish the equivalent circuit of triple-junction solar cells. The current-voltage characteristic of the triple-junction solar cells was measured under AM1.5D spectrum, C = 576 and T = 303 K. Equivalent shunt resistance of each subcell was extracted from its estimated current-voltage curve. The estimated current-voltage curve of the triple-junction solar cells shows a good agreement with the experimental data in 0.31% deviation. The degradation in the equivalent shunt resistance for Ge subcell was intentionally introduced to indicate the mechanism of current-matching operation for different subcells, with the maximum output power of the triple-junction solar cells deteriorating from 3.5 to 3.17 W. The results can offer performance analysis and optimum design of photovoltaic applications.

“Farm-link-supermarket” (FLS), that is “peasant households + specialized farmers cooperatives + supermarkets”, is a modern distribution model which facilitates the flow of fresh and live agricultural products from farm to supermarket, with the lowest price and the best quality. The implementation of this creative model requires the support of modern logistics, which includes the integration of cash flow, logistics and information flow, the proper arrangement of transportation, warehousing, distribution and etc, as well as the implementation of supplying and logistics agreement among farmers, suppliers in all levels, and supermarkets. Based on the analysis of FLS mode, this paper applies Sierpinski curve algorithm to optimize the TSP problem. The purposes of it are to reduce circulation cost, and improve the efficiency of distribution and service level.

W artykule przedstawiono model dystrybucji towarów rolniczych na rynek. Wzięto pod uwagę wszystkie czynniki, mające przełożenie na sprzedaż produktu, jak czas i koszty transportu, składowania, ogólny przepływ pieniędzy. W rozwiązaniu zastosowano algorytm krzywej Sierpińskiego, który pozwala na optymalizację problemu komiwojażera. Model pozwala na redukcję kosztów obrotu towaru i zwiększenie efektywności.
