W artykule przedstawiono kierunki rozwoju systemu FDIR i urządzeń z nim współpracujących, instalowanych w głębi sieci SN, oparte na doświadczeniach zdobytych przy realizacji przez Mikronik ę 7 pilotaży FDIR, obejmujących 9 obszarów sieci. Pilotaże obejmowały sieć napowietrzną oraz kablową z różnymi sposobami pracy punktu neutralnego, tzn. kompensowanych z AWScz, uziemionych przez rezystor oraz punktem izolowanym. Funkcjonalności zarówno od strony systemów IT, jak i urządzeń w głębi sieci były na bieżąco konsultowane z klientami końcowymi, tak aby spełniały ich oczekiwania.

The article presents directions of the development of the FDIR system and cooperating devices, installed in-depth of a MV network, based on experience gained by Mikronika during realization of 7 pilot implementations of the FDIR system, covering 9 network areas. Pilot implementations cover the overhead and cable network with various operation modes of the neutral point, i.e. compensated with automatic active component enforcement, grounded through a resistor and with an insulated point. Functionalities, both from IT systems and devices in the depth of a network, have been systematically consulted with final clients to meet their requirements and expectations.

Dokument przedstawia opis nowoczesnych rozwiązań dedykowanych dla stacji elektroenergetycznych będących elementem systemu elektroenergetycznego wykorzystujących technologie zgodne ze standardem PN-EN 61850-9-2. Dokument opisuje nową grupę urządzeń opracowywanych przez Mikronikę, których funkcjonalność będzie rozszerzona o przekazywanie próbek sygnałów analogowych, a także sygnałów binarnych z wykorzystaniem wydajnych łączy komunikacyjnych tworzących tzw. szynę procesową. Ponadto poruszone zostało zagadnienie precyzyjnej synchronizacji czasu zgodnej ze standardem IEC 61588, która zapewnia poprawność działania całego systemu. Wspomniano również o redundancji komunikacji, dzięki której możliwa staje się bezstratna transmisja danych. Poruszono również problem diagnostyki poprawności działania, która wymaga innego podejścia i powstania nowych narzędzi.

This document presents a description of modern solutions dedicated to power substations which apply technologies compliant with the PNEN 61850-9-2 standard. It provides information about a new group of devices that are currently being developed by Mikronika, which functionalities will be extended with transmitting samples of analog and binary signals using efficient communication connections creating a so-called process bus. Moreover, it discusses the issue of precise time synchronization compliant with the IEC 61588 standard, ensuring correct operation of an entire system. The document mentions also the redundancy of communication, which enables lossless data transmission and the problem of operation correctness diagnostic, which requires a different approach and development of new tools.

Key position of the Vistula in the ecological system of Poland potentially makes it possible to form an “ecological corridor” of this country, connected with the natural macro-system of Europe. The possible use of the Middle Vistula and its meridional connection with Kaliningrad region as well as Belarus and Ukraine territories concerns the rivers : Warthe, Notec Vistula, Narew and Bug Realization of functional connections between neighbouring territories will stimulate development of their economy and culture and make it possible to demonstrate their natural merits. Ecological and economical aspects of transport based on inland waterways make it necessary to formulate criteria for architectural objects to be created on waterfront areas (with taking into consideration of social, historical and location contexts, local conditions and architectural traditions).
