Dostępność systemu oceny jakości zawieranych kontraktów jest warunkiem koniecznym przy certyfikacji zakładowych systemów zarządzania jakością dokonywanej przez specjalistyczne firmy. Przy czym, na przykład, istnieją rekomendacje standardu ISО-9000, wskazujące, jakie czynniki powinny być uwzględniane przy ocenie jakości kontraktów, jednak nie definiują one żadnych metod oceny tych czynników. Oznacza to, że nie istnieją żadne standardowe metody oceny jakości umów, które uwzględniałyby różnorodność czynników wpływających na ostateczną zagregowaną ocenę jakości tych umów. W artykule zaproponowano i zilustrowano nowe podejście do wielokryterialnej hierarchicznej oceny jakości kontraktów.

This paper presents an analysis of the basic definitions of the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Some undesirable properties of commonly used operations on intuitionistic fuzzy values are revealed and the ways to approve the properties of intuitionistic fuzzy arithmetic are proposed. The aim of the analysis presented in the paper is to propose a set of operations on intuitionistic fuzzy values, which provides non-controversial results of the solution of multiple criteria decision making problems in the intuitionistic fuzzy setting. The theoretical analysis is illustrated with numerical examples.

This paper presents a new approach to comparing intuitionistic fuzzy values. Score and accuracy functions are used to build the "net profit" and "risk" local criteria, which are aggregated in a generalized criterion taking into account the weights of the considered local criteria depending on the risk aversion of a decision maker. As opposed to known methods, the new approach makes it possible to estimate the strength of the relations between real valued intuitionistic fuzzy values. Using some numerical examples, it is shown that the proposed approach provides intuitively clear results.

The aim of this paper is to present a constructive methodology and algorithms for operations with fuzzy sets of type 2. The need to elaborate this methodology came from practical problems of Decision Making. To realize the methodology, some simplifications of the problem have been introduced. Particularly, only the trapezium form of membership functions was used. To highlight the difference between the proposed approach and the classical theory of fuzzy sets of type 2, the terms "hyperfuzzy set" and "hyperfuzzy function" have been introduced. Some base situations of hyperfuzzy functions with real arguments and real functions of hyperfuzzy arguments are performed.
