Viscoplastic properties and the friction coefficient of preplasticized composites have been studied at rubbing against a forming surface as a function of filling degree, particIe size, temperature of the melt and lubricant of the forming surface. The composites under study are based on a secondary polypropylene and wood sawdust of various fractions. The pressing force and thickness of the fiat disc-like components were found to be interrelated with the viscoplastic properties of the compositions and conditions at the interface with the forming surface.

Physico-chemical nature and mechanism of triboelectret charge formation in polymeric materials obtained by melt-blowing method are investigated. It has been established, that during external friction surface electretization take place due to generation of capture centers C=0, C-O-C, C=C. The process of stretching is accompanied by reorganization of permolecular structure, appearance of internal friction and formation of volume charged defects.

Badano właściwości fizykochemiczne oraz mechanizm powstawania ładunku triboelektretycznego w materiałach polimerycznych, otrzymywanych metodą razdmuchiwania. Stwierdzono, że podczas tarcia zewnętrznego następuje elektretyzacja powierzchni spowodowana powstawaniem centrów C=0, C-O-C, C=C. Procesowi rozciągania towarzyszy powstawanie tarcia wewnętrznego i defektów.

The investigations of the micromechanical properties modification of the polymeric surfaces eroded by the Water-drop Jet had been carried out. The contact area problems on indentation of the metallic rod into the rough surface have been solved. The satisfactory coincidence of a design and an experimental data had been attain.

Analytical equations of energy dissipation along friction surfaces during the extrusion of high - filled compositions are obtained. On example of processing of wood-plastic compositions it is shown, that the contribution of friction forces to heating of material is comparable with the contribution of external electric heaters.

Uzyskano analityczne równania rozproszenia energii na powierzchniach tarcia podczas wyciskania wysoko wypełnionych kompozytów. Pokazano, na przykładzie przeróbki kompozytu tworzywo sztuczne - drewno, że udział sił tarcia w nagrzewaniu materiału jest porównywalny z udziałem zewnętrznych grzejników elektrycznych.
