Odbarwiona makulatura jest ważnym surowcem do produkcji papierów publikacyjnych. Z uwagi na rosnące wymagania stawiane produkowanemu papierowi, jak i na mniej korzystne warunki w sektorze surowcowym, przetwarzanie makulatury staje się procesem coraz bardziej złożonym. W artykule przedstawiono stan branży w oparciu o przyjęte dziś koncepcje instalacji produkcyjnych i przy uwzględnieniu właściwości surowców i gotowych produktów. Daje się zauważyć wtedy, że niektóre z ponoszonych nakładów operacyjnych pozostają w niekorzystnej relacji do poziomu jakości produktu końcowego. Biorąc za podstawę aktualny stan technologii podjęto próbę oceny, które z podsystemów można z punktu widzenia poszczególnych produktów gotowych uznać za standard, a z których powinno się zrezygnować. W końcowej części artykułu obecny stan techniki poddano krytycznej ocenie, co powinno dać instytutom badawczym i dostawcom systemów asumpt do dalszych prac rozwojowych. INGEDE i jego członkowie służą w tym zakresie pomocą.

Deinked recovered paper pulp is an important raw material for publication papers. Preparing recovered paper in becoming ever more complex owing on the one hand to the demanding requirements placed on the paper to be producer but also due to less favourable prerequisites in the raw materials sector. This presentation shows the current state of affairs in the sector based on customary plant concepts with respect to raw materials and finished products. It will be seen that the operative expenditure that must be invested nowadays is disadvantageous when compared to the quality level of the finished products. The paper makes a atate-of-the-art. evaluation of the subsystems that are viewed as a standard for the individual finished products and which subsystems should perhaps be avoided. The last section of the paper is devoted to a critical evaluation of the state of the art. and is intended to provide research institutes and system providers with incentives for further development INGEDE and its members are available as partners in this effort.
