Telemedicine is one of the most innovative and promising applications of technology in contemporary medicine. Telemedical systems, a sort of distributed measurement systems, are used for continuous or periodic monitoring of human vital signals in the environment of living. This approach has several advantages in comparison to traditional medical care: e.g. patients experience fewer hospitalizations, emergency room visits, lost time from work, the costs of treatment are reduced, and the quality of life is improved. Currently, chronic respiratory diseases comprise one of the most serious public health problems. Simultaneously patients suffering from these diseases are well suitable for home monitoring. This paper describes the design and technical realization of a telemedical system that has been developed as a platform suitable for monitoring patients with chronic pulmonary diseases and fitted to Polish conditions. The paper focuses on the system's architecture, included medical tests, adopted hardware and software, and preliminary internal evaluation. The performed tests demonstrated good overall performance of the system. At present further work goes on to put it into practice.

W pracy przedstawiono sposób doboru punktów pomiaru sygnałów wibroakustycznych i wyboru informacyjnie efektywnych symptomów w oparciu o zbudowany model wibroakustyczny. Koncepcję zweryfikowano na przykładzie silnika spalinowego 2112SSF stosowanego do napędu lokomotyw spalinowych serii SP 45. Uzyskane wyniki wskazują na to, że proponowana koncepcja może być dobrym uzupełnieniem analizy korelacyjnej, stosowanej dotychczas do wyboru punktów pomiarowych

The way of selection of points of vibroacoustic signals measurement and selection informatically of effective symptoms basing on the built vibroacoustic model is presented in this work. The conception was verified on the example of 2112SSF diesel engine used for drive of the diesel locomotives of series SP 45. The obtained results show that the proposed conception can be the good complement for the correlation analysis used up to now for selection of measuring points.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę wyznaczania terytorialnego rozkładu napraw elementów pojazdów szynowych. Zadanie wyznaczenia tego rozkładu można rozwiązać metodami programowania liniowego. Prezentowana metoda bazuje na koncepcji modeli problemów transportowych i przydziału. Przyjęto dodatkowe założenie o specjalizacji zakładów naprawczych, związanej z różnymi typami elementów przeznaczonych do naprawy.

The method of determining the territorial distribution of the rail vehicle elements repairs is presented in this article. The task of determining of this distribution can be solved with the methods of linear programming. The presented method is based on the conception of models of transport and allocation problems. The additional assumption about the specialization of the repair plants connected with the different types of elements destined for repairing is accepted.

Przedstawiono metodę pomiarową oraz model urządzenia pozwalającego na nieinwazyjne wyznaczanie trudno mierzalnych parametrów układu oddechowego. Do estymacji parametrów wybrano metodę Lavenberga- Marquardta i zaimplementowano ją w modelu mikroprocesorowego urzadzenia pomiarowego "Pulmometr-97". Urządzenie to wykonano jako przyjazne dla uzytkownika i mogące współpracować z zewnętrznym systemem komputerowym.

A measurement method and a measuring device model for non-invasive determination of hard-measurable respiratory system parameters were presented. The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm for parameter estimation was chosen and implemented in the model of the microprocessor-based measuring device "Pulmometr-97". The device was built as user-friendly and capable of co-operation with an external computer system.

Na studiach technicznych istotną część kursów, dotyczących systemów pomiarowych stanowią zajęcia praktyczne. Zorganizowanie pracowni laboratoryjnej dla grupy studenckiej jest bardzo kosztowne. Wynika to przede wszystkim z cen aparatury pomiarowej. W artykule przedstawiono organizację zajęć dydaktycznych opartą na koncepcji serwerów pomiarowych. Dzięki współużywaniu zasobów pomiarowych uzyskano, zarówno zmniejszenie nakładów finansowych na aparaturę, jak również poprawę własności funkcjonalnych i organizacyjnych pracowni.
