W artykule omówione zostały najważniejsze informacje związane z transportem ładunków chłodzonych uzyskane w badaniach ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród producentów i dystrybutorów żywności chłodzonej. Badania miały na celu przedstawienie przedsiębiorstw transportowych, sposobach transportu oraz środkach transportu stosowanych przy realizacji dostaw artykułów spożywczych. Badania przeprowadzono przy wykorzystaniu kwestionariusza ankietowego adresowanego do firm organizujących taki trans-port. Przedsiębiorstwa biorące udział w badaniu ankietowym, to małe i średnie firmy, które zajmują się przewozem głównie żywności chłodzonej na terenie Polski. Podstawowym środkiem do transportu artykułów chłodzonych jest chłodnia, a obowiązki kierowców różnią się w zależności od firmy. Szkolenia kierowców przeprowadzane są raz, dwa razy w roku, raz na kilka lat lub wcale. Najczęściej spotykane problemy w firmach transportowych to miejsca na załadunek, dostawy niezgodne z harmonogramem, a najczęściej spotykanym rodzajem uszkodzenia jest uszkodzenie mechaniczne towaru.

The article discusses the most important information related to the transport of refrigerated cargo. The survey has been carried out among producers and distributors of chilled foods. The aim of the research was to present transport companies, used ways of transport, as well as means of transport during the delivery of food products. The research was carried out using a questionnaire addressed to companies organizing such transport. The companies taking part in the survey are small and medium-sized, mainly deal with the transport of refrigerated food in Poland. The basic means for transporting refrigerated goods is a cold store, and drivers’ duties vary from company to company. Driver training is carried out once, twice a year or not at all. The most common problems in transport companies are places for loading, deliveries inconsistent with the schedule, and the most common type of damage is mechanical damage of the goods.

Yogurts, mainly due to their sensory and nutrient properties are bought very often by Polish consumers. In 2017, fruit yogurts with the addition of vegetables appeared on the market. The aim of this work was to verify the effect of the addition of vegetables to fruit yogurts on selected quality features of yogurts. The obtained results in the study allowed to state that this supplement increases the content of extract and fat content in yogurt, which has a beneficial effect on the nutritional value of yogurts.They also provide the basis for further research in the field of physicochemical and organoleptic assessment, which will be used to assess their quality and obtain information about consumer preferences.
