The article draws attention to the need for reconstruction of rationalization in Polish enterprises. Described the genesis of the concept of rationalization. It presents the definition of the suggestions for improvement, and describes its classification. It proposed the development of rationalization through the involvement of employees in the reporting of improvements to both the workplace and the entire company. For this purpose presents IT system, which supporting the employee notifications. The basis for the development of the application is an appropriate information system. The article summarizes the main features of the application. Describes the structure of the application interface. It characterized as the main functions of the application: problems management, solutions management and rationalization applications management.

The article presents the course of scientific research and the methodology for assessing creativity of the staff of manufacturing enterprises. The first stage of scientific studies covers to the design of the questionnaire to measure of creative attitude workers enterprises manufacturing. The second phase of the study include: the use of the questionnaire in selected enterprises, elaborated course of the evaluation of creativity in the process of recruiting a candidate for the creative team and the evaluation of the enterprises employees, compile of an information system in terms of creativity and application called “Electronic box problems and solutions” (ESPIR). The third stage of the study involves the development of recommendations for the management of creativity of employees and analysis of the impact evaluation the creativity on the innovation in the enterprise. If we want creating an innovative enterprise, appropriate action should be taken at the stage of employees recruitment. This requires the use of technique and tools of selection, which will emerge the most creative future employees. The article had been described the proposed tools and methods supporting the creativity evaluation in the recruitment. Tool which supports assessment of creative attitude candidate is questionnaire. Sample of working the candidate had been assessed by the action research method, and by the use liquidity ratios, flexibility, originality and elaboration. In the enterprise employees evaluation system should be included the activity of the employees in the reporting of ideas and in the implementation of innovations. To assess and monitor the creativity of the enterprise employees was developed application about glance ESPIR. In this system, employees can report problems to be solved, solving the problems existing in the database system or complete suggestions for improvement, containing the problems and its solution. The main aim of developing the ESPIR application is to support the development of innovative solutions through better communication and flow of information on new ideas and improvements between employees at different levels and in different departments within the enterprise.

Kwestionariusz PTPP ma pomóc kontrolować kreatywność pracowników oraz umożliwić ich dobór do kreatywnych zespołów. W artykule przedstawiono ocenę jakości eksperymentalnej wersji kwestionariusza. W celu zbadania jakości kwestionariusza PTPP przeprowadzono analizę: czynnikową, mocy dyskryminacyjnej oraz rzetelności. Analiza pozwoliła wyłonić stwierdzenia, które powinny zostać zmodyfikowane tak, aby osiągnąć większą rzetelność kwestionariusza.

PTPP questionnaire is designed to help monitor the creativity of employees and their choice for creative teams. In article presents assess the quality of an experimental version of the questionnaire. In order to examine the quality of the questionnaire PTPP conducted factor analysis, discriminant power and reliability. The analysis provide to emerge statements that should be modified in order to achieve greater reliability of the questionnaire.

W nowoczesnym przedsiębiorstwie głównym założeniem w ocenie pracowniczej powinno być kryterium kreatywności. W artykule przedstawiono wytyczne odnośnie kryterium kreatywności, będącego jednym z wielu kryteriów systemu rozliczania produkcji. Przedstawiono koncepcję pomiaru kreatywności pracowników wyższego oraz niższego szczebla. Zaproponowano również narzędzie wspomagające ocenę pracowników w świetle kryterium kreatywności.
