The composite materials with particles consisting of a basic material (matrix) embedded particles of one or more materials. The particles can be metallic or nonmetallic, as the matrix can be, metalic or non metalic. Like a first step the composite mixing involves the embedded process analysis of SiC particles in molten metal. The main issues considered relate to some aspects of embedding additional material in molten metal and methods of achieving the best possible including it. From this point of view was used the overheat of metalic matrix. The experimental plan was followed by Taguchi and structural analysis made was focus on four from 16 completed experimental researches. Six parameters were used each one has two levels. Also the micrographs corresponding experimental tests are presented.

In the current economic situation, the diversification and competitive of the products offer, globalization of the markets, a continued growth of customers' requirements, improve a product quality, increasing the technical level and improving manufacturing technologies. For all of companies it is a priority to satisfy those customers and market requirements. In the article the main issues related with the evolution of ways of ensuring products quality like: availability-reliability-maintenance relationship, measuring quality aspects through quality characteristics, quality economy in terms of quality costs and quality control, were considered and analyzed. Recommendations for improving of production quality process such as: continuous improvement of product technological conception and constructive one using advanced processes, increasing concerns for quality assurance embodied in the increasing of production prevention costs in total, in parallel with decreasing the latter and continuous training of staff were presented.

This paper presents a simulation of two-component injection process for obtaining plastic parts with metallic reinforcement using a specific software package, MoldFlow. It will consider the following process parameters, mould temperature and injection pressure. The study will analyze the comparison between plastic parts with and without metallic reinforcement. It will highlight the differences that occur between the input parameters, mould temperature and injection pressure and the out parameters, cooling time and injection time for those types of parts obtained. Furthermore will be simulated a mechanical stresses of traction using a specific software package, Cosmos, for both parts obtained.
