For current constructions of face milling cutters equipped by super firm materials are used standard cutting schemes, which limits their usage only for finishing technological processes. The authors worked out constructions of face milling cutters witll stepped distribution of depth of cut, which lets to remove allowances of about 6-8 mm. A force analysis of processes of cutting blade's strengthening that lets to forecast milling cutters efficiency was done while using mentioned above milling cutters.
