The assemblage of rare fish microremains of chondrichthyans and actinopterygians from Upper Permian deposits in Karpénai Quarry in northern Lithuania is described in detail for the first time. The deposits are characterized as reflecting a rapid phase of deposition of the Zechstein Limestone, interpreted as on a shallow shelf above storm-wave base in a proximal part of the Polish-Lithuanian Zechstein Basin. The actinopterygian microremains are represented by various teeth and a few scales from mostly palaeonisciforms and pycnodontiforms. The chondrichthyans are represented by various eusela- chian-type scales and a tooth of ?Helodus sp. The low abundance and low species diversity of the fossil assemblages studied may be due to arid palaeoenvironments that caused locally restricted conditions at this palaeogeographical location.

The Gėluva regional stage stratigraphically corresponds to the late Wenlock. This time interval witnessed significant graptolite extinctions and turnovers of conodont faunas, as well as a large positive Mulde carbon isotopic excursion. Thus, the development of a detailed stratigraphy is a necessary step in understanding the complex patterns of regional and global variations in the sediments accumulating during the time interval studied. Therefore, in this contribution we present a cyclostratigraphic analysis of gamma ray (GR) logs from four wells, which are located in the deep water facies belt of the Lithuanian part of the Silurian Baltic Basin of the Gėluva regional stage. The analysis was performed using REDFIT spectral estimation, continuous wavelet transform and signal filtering techniques. As a result two 4th order and five 5th order cycles were distinguished and named in all sections. The correlation of cycles between sections was calibrated with the graptolite biozones. The comparative analysis revealed that intra-basinal cyclostratigraphic correlation could achieve resolution of the order of several tens of thousands of years.

V stat’e rassmotren principial’no novyj princip povysenia energeticeskoj effektivnosti naruznych ograzdauscich konstrukcij novogo pokolenia s rekuperaciej tepla, kotoryj mozno ispol’zovat’ v stroitel’nych konstrukciach kak stroascichsa, tak i rekonstruiruemych zdanij. Odnim iz novych perspektivnych resenij v etom napravlenii avlaetsa primenenie energoeffektivnych ventiliruemych ograzdauscich konstrukcij (EVOK) zdanij s sistemoj aktivnogo energosberezenia (SAE) s rekuperaciej tepla, pozvolauscich povysit’ uroven’ teplozascity i komfortnosti mikroklimata pomescenij pri znacitel’noj ekonomii topliwno-energeticeskich resursov. Osnovnoj princip dejstvia sistemy po rekuperacii transmissionnogo tepla (za scet teploperedaci i konvekcii) i radiacionnogo tepla (teplovoe izlucenie) zaklucaetsa v osoboj organizacii uslovij postuplenia potoka naruznogo vozducha i dal’nejsego prochozdenia ego cerez konstrukciu ograzdenia, а takze teplootrazenia s pomosc’u special’nych ekranov (avtonomnych ili v vide pokryvauscich sloev). V vozdusnom promezutke, na vchode vozdusnogo potoka, sozdaetsa ploskaa vozduznaa zavesa iz cholodnogo postupauscego vozducha, maksimal’no ochlazdauscaa poverchnosti, sloi, teplootrazauscie ekrany i gibkie svazi, kotorye peredaut teplo v atmosferu. Dla ocenki predlagaemych konstrukcij EVOK predlozeny (dopolnitel’no k suscestvuuscim) esce dva pokazatela – koefficient umen’senia teplovogo potoka i koefficient rekuperacii.

In the article essentially new principle of increase of energy efficiency of external envelopes of new generation with heat recovery, which can be used in construction designs both under construction and reconstructed buildings, is considered. One of new perspective decisions in this direction is application of the energy effective ventilated envelopes (EEVE) of buildings with the system of active energy saving (SAES) with recovery of heat, allowing to raise level of heat-shielding and comfort of microclimate of rooms at considerable economy of fuel and energy resources. The basic principle of action of system on recovery of transmission heat (at the expense of a heat transfer and convection) and radiation heat (thermal radiation) consists in the special organization of conditions of receipt of a stream of external air and its further passing through an envelope, and also heat reflections by means of special screens (autonomous or in the form of covering layers). In an air interval, on an entrance of an air stream, the flat air veil from the cold arriving air, most cooling surfaces, the layers heat reflecting screens and flexible communications, which transfer heat to the atmosphere is created. For an assessment of offered designs of EEVE two more indicators - coefficient of reduction of a thermal stream and recovery coefficient are offered (in addition to existing).

The article shows an analysis of development of fenestration in Russia from 1991 to the present time. The method of estimation of payback for energy efficient windows installation in various regions of Russia was created. It was proposed zoning of the territory of the country on new high values of the heat resistance of fenestration.

The electric drives with synchronous gearmotors are obtained generally in actuating constant velocity devices in electroenergetics, heat-power engineering, pipeline transportation today. But they have not only well-known advantages but also essential disadvantages. The permanent magnet brushless DC motor with weakening from rotor permanent magnets and staror tooth coils may be an alternative to this fixed electromotor. The made optimization of cross geometry of PM brushless DC motor is based on the field mathematical model with Nd-Fe-B plastomagnets and six stator teeth. The rating value of moment is 1 Nm, of rotor speed is 750 rpm. It was calculated the width of interpole nonmagnetic arcs which provides the desired value of cogging torque after the stator coils are currentless. It was appreciated the effect of the width of tangent-magneted interpole arcs to the maximum peaks of the cogging torque and the full load torque. It was analysed the possibility to produce the rotor version of magnet ring without m-metal core.

Napędy elektryczne z synchronicznymi silnikami przekładniowymi są stosowane ogólnie w napędach o stałej prędkości w energetyce, elektrociepłowniach, transporcie rurociągami, ale mają one nie tylko ogólnie znane zalety lecz również istotne wady. Alternatywą może być bezszczotkowy silnik prądu stałego o magnesach trwałych z dodatkowymi uzwojeniami na zębach stojana. Optymalizacja geometrii tego silnika jest oparta na matematycznym modelu pola z magnesami Nd-Fe-B i z sześcioma zębami stojana. Znamionowa wartość momentu wynosi 1 Nm, prędkości obrotowej 750 obr/min. Obliczono szerokość niemagnetycznego łuku między magnesami, która daje żądaną wartość momentu utknięcia, gdy w uzwojeniu statora nie ma prądu. Oceniono wpływ szerokości łuków między biegunami na maksymalną wartość momentu utknięcia i na moment pełnego obciążenia. Przeanalizowano możliwość wykonania wersji pierścienia magnetycznego wirnika bez rdzenia z metalu m.
