Modification of CMC has been done with combination of alkaline metals that is Na2SO4 and sodium-sulphate mixture. The results of physical and mechanical characteristics and parameters of demolition mechanics have shown that materials based on CMC have higher firmness in stretching and bending and crack resistance if to compare with traditional analogs. That allows us to use them in monolithic strata of the road cover and to predict the higher perennial use of the cover as well. Such a result has been received when we fortified contact zones between artificial stones and aggregate with help of chemical reaction on the phase division surface and increase of system homogeneity in the whole. Utilization of CMC in the building of the road and in the production of building materials allows us to settle some problems of energetic and decrease resource and annihilation of industrial by-products.
