This presents an analysis of modeling the deposition of nitrogen compounds fed to the surface area of water intake on the water quality intake "Grotowice" near Opole. The analysis carried out of land use allowed for the identification of major risk factors for water quality. Based on studies was estimated factors which may constitute the greatest threat to groundwater. Based on the conducted analysis, conclusions for further research were formulated.

W artykule dokonano analizy wpływu zagospodarowania terenu na stan jakości wody podziemnej ujęcia „Grotowice” kolo Opola. Przeprowadzona analiza zagospodarowania terenu umożliwiła określenie głównych czynników zagrożenia dla jakości wód podziemnych. Określono czynniki mogące stanowić największe zagrożenie dla wód ujęcia. Ustalono, że zasilanie ujęcia odbywa się poprzez infiltrację wód opadowych w obszarze poza zasięgiem występowania kajpru. Dlatego też, pozbawione izolacji utworami nieprzepuszczalnymi wody wapienia muszlowego, narażone są na wpływ szeroko pojętych antropopresji. Trzy (lB, lA i 3B) z czterech studni ujęcia zlokalizowane są na terenie leśnym, jedna (6B), natomiast, znajduje się na terenach łąkowych. Szczególne uwarunkowania lokalizacji studni 6B, która znajduje się najbliżej obszarów zabudowanych, warunkują dużą antropopresję. Pomimo, że analiza jakości wód ujęcia wykazuje pozytywną tendencję do obniżania się zawartości zanieczyszczeń azotowych począwszy od 2008 roku, problem zanieczyszczenia związkami azotowymi dla analizowanego ujęcia jest wciąż aktualny. W oparciu o dane przedstawione w artykule, stwierdzono duży wpływ zagospodarowania przestrzennego na jakość wody ujęcia. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz sformułowano wnioski do dalszych badań.

This article analyzes the impact of land use on the area of water intake on the water quality intake “Grotowice” near Opole. The analysis of land use allowed for the identification of major risk factors for water quality. Based on studies was estimated factors which may constitute the greatest threat to groundwater. Despite the fact that the analysis of water quality intake shows a positive and last trend decrease in the content of nitrogen pollution since 2008, the problem of contamination by nitrogenous compounds for the analyzed intake is still up to date. On the basis of the data presented in the article a direct impact on the state of spatial quality intake has been stated. Based on the conducted analysis, conclusions were formulated for further research were formulated.

W artykule dokonano analizy jakości wody ujęcia „Grotowice”, szczególnie w zakresie występowania azotanów. Przeprowadzona analiza zmian zawartości azotanów w latach 1998-2011 wykazała pozytywne i trwałe tendencje obniżania się ich zawartości począwszy od 2008 roku. Pomimo tego, problem zanieczyszczenia związkami azotowymi dla analizowanego ujęcia jest wciąż aktualny. Ustalono, że zasoby eksploatacyjne ujęcia „Grotowice” oraz poprawiająca się jakość wody dają duże możliwości dyspozycyjne ujęcia. Ujmowana woda nie wymaga uzdatniania. Wydajność ujęcia pozwala na pokrycie 75-80% potrzeb aglomeracji miasta Opola w wodę do spożycia. Sformułowano wnioski do dalszych badań. Najważniejszy z nich, to konieczność ustanowienia strefy ochronnej dla każdej studni ujęcia. Wskazano na konieczność ochrony zasobów wód podziemnych nie tylko w proponowanej strefie ochronnej ujęcia „Grotowice”, lecz także na całej powierzchni nieizolowanej zbiornika GZWP 333 przewidzianej, jako obszar najwyższej ochrony.

The following article analyzes water quality in “Grotowice” water intake, especially in terms of the presence of nitrates. The analysis of changes in nitrates levels in the period from 1998 to 2011 has shown a positive and lasting trend of decreasing of their content since 2008. Nevertheless, the problem of contamination with nitrogenous compounds for the analyzed site is still valid. It was found that the operational resources of “Grotowice” water intake and improving water quality offer reasonable available resources of the intake. Its water does not require any treatment. The intake performance is sufficient to cover up to 75-80% of the demand of Opole agglomeration for drinking water. The author formulates proposals for further research. The most important of them is the need for a buffer zone for each intake well. Moreover, the author points out the need for groundwater resources protection, not only in the proposed “Grotowice” protection zone, but also in the entire surface of the GZWP 333 reservoir seen as an area of maximal water protection.

Today, the advantage of enterprises is built by the process of innovations implementation. A decision concerning the innovations implementation is always difficult and risky because innovations are specific kinds of investments and are a potential source of many threats. This is why before taking a decision about an implementation of a given solution, it is extremely important to make an analysis of its consequences. A risk analysis becomes more and more important in this aspect because it makes it possible to estimate the level of dangers which can be caused by a new investment solution. This is why the process of estimating innovation risk with the use of Bayesian networks has been presented in this work. Data from projects carried out under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy for the years 2007-2013 in Opole Province and the NETICA programme have been used in order to work out an exemplary method. It has been shown how to determine the innovative risk level with taking into consideration the adopted assumptions. Exemplary factors of the analysed risk concerning both the enterprise and the sheer undertaking have been characterised. In the first step, the most important factors of innovation risk and their measuring indicators have been specified. Assuming that the risk is a probability of an undesirable state occurrence (according to a negative concept), the authors have chosen the following indicators to estimate the danger of an innovation failure: W 1. Period of using technology in the world. W 2. Time of carrying out the project expressed in months. W 3. Value of the whole project. W 4. Size of the enterprise. W 5. Own financial resources designed for making innovation. W 6. Financial risk. W 7. Decision about granting a subsidy. The chosen factors (sources) of risk are only an exemplary set and were chosen on purpose from the point of view of an area of the analysed risk. It is necessary to remember that each potential source of danger can become the basis of a subsequent risk connected with the project being carried out. In this context, an aspect of choosing appropriate and the most important risk sources, from the point of view of the innovation efficacy, appears. It is an extremely important stage because as we know it is impossible to take into consideration all factors because the assessment of accuracy of the estimated risk shall depend on it. In this case authors also highlight the role of an expert who mainly directs the risk estimation process. This step is a little subjective but in reality, the subjectivity is present in almost every step of risk analysis. The next step included the specification of dependencies between the enumerated factors and the probability of the analysed states occurrence. Thanks to that, the elaboration of a simple Bayesian network has become possible. It has been shown, on its basis, how the level of innovation risk an be estimated if the specific information and assumptions are available.
