This paper discusses a problem of modeling and control of discrete processes occurring in the storehouse of production elements. The use of modified Petri nets to modeling and synthesis of algorithms to control of these processes, in realtime systems, implemented in the PLC environment, are proposed. These algorithms also perform diagnostic tasks, important from the perspective of rational conduct of sequential and concurrent processes in the storehouse. A control and diagnostic algorithms, tested and used in storehouses produced by Fabryka Maszyn Rotox Sp.z o.o., are presented.
