The article concerns the method of inculcating of the innovations in the industrial enterprise, in the complex way, which includes the resistance of the employees towards new solutions. The aim of the method: the effective shaping of the employees positive attitudes towards the innovation requires: - the elaboration of the complex diagnostic method of inculcating process and - the measuring and estimating of the level of the employees' resistance towards the innovations as a selection of the rectify technics for rectifing the employees negative behaviours. The article contains: - the substantiation of the selected matters, - the definitions and the mutual realtions between two terms: "innovation" and "modification", - the actual knowledge condition in the modifications and innovations management, - the method's assumptions and characteristic with the description of the receiver possible attitudes, with the simplified classification of the resistance resources, and the breaking down of the psychophisical barrier. There are also presented the researching methods used in the practical verification and the selected example of the pilotage method inculcating in the experimental form under natural circumstances. The summation includes the predicted advantages of using the designed method- mensurable and incommensurable, and the indications for the forward improvement.
