The paper deals with fault location of the piecewise linear type analog circuits based on verification approach and hybrid equations. In the first part of the paper the diagnostic equation, some fault models and the algorithm of the fault diagnosis method are presented. For verification of fault hypothesis the residual square sum criterion is applied. Theoretical considerations have been illustrated by example of single fault diagnosis of the three-stage transistor amplifier. The method could be used also to diagnosis of circuits with multiple faults.

W pracy przedstawiono metodę lokalizacji uszkodzeń analogowych układów odcinkowo-liniowych bazującą na podejściu weryfikacyjnym i opisie hybrydowym równań diagnostycznych. W części pierwszej pracy przedstawiono modele uszkodzeń, równanie diagnostyczne i algorytm metody. Do weryfikacji hipotezy o uszkodzeniach wykorzystano kryterium resztkowej sumy kwadratów. W celu minimalizacji liczby hipotez o uszkodzeniach zastosowano algorytm redukcji hipotez bazujący na nalizie przedtestowej układu. Teoretyczne rozważania zostały zilustrowane przykładem diagnostyki pojedynczych uszkodzeń trzystopniowego wzmacniacza tranzystorowego. Metoda może być również zastosowana do diagnostyki układów z wielokrotnymi uszkodzeniami.
