Ensuring the process capability currently means the warranty, that produced products will be in accordance with requirements - from the company or customer´s side. This study focuses on the statistics control of stapling of material layers process capability by production of the product "multiaxial". The stapling of material layers process is evaluated by control charts, specifically by control charts for average and range(, R). As the results show, on the basis of the diagram for average and range we are able to say that the process is under the statistical control. We had also finished the reguest for capability of process, where the indexes of capability process Cp and Cpk are higher than the determinated value by 1,33 points. The obtained values are: Cp = 1,68 a Cpk = 1,55. X

The main topic of this article is based on the fact that environmental education and edification have got an irreplaceable and preferred position within the framework of a sustainable socio-economic development. Environmental education, which is performed at technical universities, has to offer professional and methodical knowledge concerning questions of environment for students of various technical branches. This education is performed in such way that the graduates, after entering the practical professional life, will be able to participate in solutions to the new actual problems that are related to environment and its protection, as well. Nowadays, during the educational process it is also necessary to introduce technical development in a more extended rate. Taking into consideration the above-mentioned facts it is possible to say that the educational support for environmental studies is a relevant aspect, which should be integrated into the university educational process. It is a positive development trend that greater emphasis is focused on the quality of university education for the environmental engineers. Our society requires an increasing number of environmentally educated engineers who are able to participate in qualitative academic preparation, i.e. the so-called environmentalists. But the worldwide phenomena of technical development and globalization also pose high claims for quality of their preparations including devices and computers skills. The Department of Process and Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University in Košice, the Slovak Republic is the institution specified and intended for quality optimisation. This Department introduced into the study programmes (“Environmental Management” and “Technology of Environmental Protection”) study subjects with software support, which are oriented towards the indoor and outdoor environment and in this way the Department of Process and Environmental Engineering is integrated intensively and effectively into the area of the environmental education and edification with regard to the requirement of sustainable quality

The paper pays attention to selected information focused on the key requirements and criteria used in both the conventional supplier selection and sustainable supplier selection processes. The authors introduce the supply chain maturity levels, which, together with the supplier selection and assessment issue, is the essential area for the assurance of the high quality, safety and dependability of the products.

This study focuses on ISO evaluation of process capability in the production of hydraulic components according to ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems requirements. Statistical process control is analysed on the basis of normality and stability of the process, and c cutting process capability indices Cp and Cpk are calculated. The values obtained for indices are Cp = 3.29 and Cpk = 0.73. Therefore, it can be considered the process is capable.

Przedstawione badania dotyczą analizy zdolności jakościowej procesu produkcji elementów h hydraulicznych zgodnie z normą ISO 9001: 2008 (W Wymagania dotyczące systemów zarządzania jakością). Statystyczna kontrola procesu cięcia jest analizowana na podstaw wie rozkładu normalnego i analizy zdolności jakościowej procesu w oparciu o współczynniki Cp i Cpk. Uzyskane wyniki współczynników wynoszą odpowiednio Cp = 3,29 i Cpk = 0,73. W oparciu o uzyskane wyniki możemy uznać, że proces jest statystycznie uregulowany, ale przesunięty względem wartości nominalne ej.

This article deals with the statistics pursing the process capability of turning in screws production in RIBE Slovakia, k.s. In technical practice, an important group of statistic methods is formed by analyzing qualification of measures, production equipment and qualification of process. By the term “process qualification“ we mean the ability of the process to observe required technical parameters by required value and tolerance limits. Findings of the process capability can be isolated in the estimate process capability (before starting the production) and permanent process capability. Also, we have finished the quest for the process capability where the indexes Cp and Cpk are bigger than the determined value of 1.33 points.

Quality management systems (QMS) in the automotive industry have several differences in comparison with other industrial factories. Each customer has his own specific requirements, the so-called CSRs (Customer Specific Requirements). Audits are one of the core-tools of quality management to make the PDCA cycle work. It is clear that compliance to ISO/TS 16949:2009 requirements is a condition for supplying the automotive industry. But there are some standards which co-exist together with the official ISO9001 Q-management systems standards and technical specification ISO/TS16949. What are those specific standards in the automotive industry and which standard should be used and why – those are the questions to be answered in this article.
