The results of the microscopic investigation of the structure formation and fracture of the steel R6M5 after thermocycling in temparature range of phase transformation are presented. It has been shown by the X-ray analysis and electron microscopy studies thet a stable martensitic-beinisitic structure with the stable values of hardness ad wear resistance formed as a result of multiple heating and cooling in the range 800-300oC

Przedstawiono wyniki badań mikroskopowych tworzenia struktury i pękania stali R6M5 po termocyklingu w temperaturze przemiany fazowej> przy pomocy badań rentgenograficznych i mikroskopii elektronowej wykazano, że wwyniku wielokrotnego grzania i chłodzenia w zakresie temperatur 800-300oC tworzy sie stabilna martenzytyczno-bainistyczna struktura o stabilnej twardości i odporności na zużycie.
