Glazed atrium roof covering the central part of a large development in Warsaw (Poland) is unique in terms of scale and complexity. 120 m x 100 m in plan roof mesh was generated as a free form geometry in the computer program - modelling process involved virtual textile put on seven large spheres. Mesh consists of uniform, with regard to the external dimensions, RHSs supported on tree like columns made of CHSs and concrete trunks. The structural members are cladded by triangular glass panels. In the article the design assumptions as well as the procurement process were presented.
