Obowiązujące od 2021 roku nowe przepisy regulujące rozliczanie kosztów ciepła w budynkach wielolokalowych wprowadziły istotne i ważne zmiany dla właścicieli / zarządców budynków oraz dla użytkowników lokali w takich budynkach. W artykule zmiany te zostały omówione ze wskazaniem, jaki wpływ nowe przepisy mogą mieć na konsumentów ciepła w sektorze budynków mieszkalnych wielolokalowych a także na standard rozliczeń kosztów ciepła oraz rynek usług rozliczeniowych. Wskazano także na niektóre niedoskonałości dokonanych regulacji w tym zakresie.

New regulations in force from 2021 governing the settlement of heat costs in multi-apartment buildings introduced significant and important changes for building owners / managers and for users of premises in such buildings. The article discusses these changes with an indication of the impact the new regulations may have on heat consumers in the multi-unit residential building sector as well as on the standard of cost settlement of heat and the market of settlement services. Some of the imperfections of the regulations made were also pointed out in this range.
