To ensure a flow production is always necessary to provide the inputs and outputs of materials in line with customer requirements ie. design and implement the most efficient material flow. As the basis of efficiency is considered to be straightforward and simple course, a low rate of material flow, enabling the creation of larger, integrated volume handling units with which it operates as a single piece using mechanization. Straightforward and simple course depends on optimal spatial layout of the company (production and storage buildings) as well as a series of individual operations and the appropriate organization of production. In terms of control and management of material flow is the most important right choice and tuning of the management and material flow control.

This work is focused on evaluation of internal quality in manufactural corporation. Huhn PressTech Ltd. is a company producing metal products as results of pressing process, construction units and other components used in automotive industry. The aim of the article is to review the process of internal quality evaluation method on daily basis. Constantly growing demand on metal chipless machining replaces the older chip`s technology. This paper aimed to clarify, how the company performs fault evaluation and what is done for their correction. To explain the procedure of evaluation in detail and demonstrate the solution, there were artificially made parts 3333 and 5555 in the company. The result is called Quality Alert.

The purpose of the article is to present the volumes of hazardous wastes’ and other than hazardous wastes’ generation generated in the transport enterprise equipped with its own technical facilities and rendering services of vehicles maintenance within its own scope. Moreover, in the study there is presented the catalogue of wastes generated in the described enterprise, manner of wastes’ storage and manners of their subsequent management.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ilości wytwarzania odpadów niebezpiecznych oraz innych niż niebezpieczne w przedsiębiorstwie transportowym, wyposażonym we własne zaplecze techniczne i wykonującym obsługi pojazdów we własnym zakresie. Ponadto w pracy przedstawiony został katalog odpadów wytwarzanych w opisywanym przedsiębiorstwie, sposób magazynowania odpadów oraz sposoby późniejszego ich zagospodarowania.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zróżnicowanych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych filtrów powietrza stosowanych w pojazdach i maszynach w zależności od warunków pracy. Przedstawiono typowe konstrukcje systemów filtrowania powietrza oraz filtrów prostych. Właściwa praca filtra powietrza jest czynnikiem wpływającym na żywotność silnika oraz jego własności trakcyjne.

This article presents the different construction solutions of air filters for use in vehicles and machines depending on the job. Shows a typical constructions of air filtration systems and filters simple. Correct air filter work is a factor which influences the lifetime of the engine and the driveability.
