Modeling the accessibility of public transport to people with disabilities in the GTFS standard

In this paper, the possibility of using the GTFS standard to describe the public transport (PT) stop infrastructure in Poland, was evaluated. It was also proposed to expand the existing GTFS file of the ZTM (PT authority) in Poznań to include a detailed description of a selected two-level tram stop. A testbed equipped with open source software was built and used for this purpose. The study showed that despite the fact that in Poland, PT organizers and operators do not provide detailed information on its accessibility to people with disabilities, the preparation of such information is possible, while modifications to the data generated so far may be required, especially regarding the stops. However, the preparation and updating of this data on a nationwide scale may pose a problem.

W artykule podjęto problematykę oceny lokalizacji punktów ładowania samochodów elektrycznych. W szczególności skupiono się na zidentyfikowaniu potencjalnych kryteriów oceny ich sieci. Założono, że wyznaczenie wartości tych kryteriów powinno być możliwe przy wykorzystaniu publicznie dostępnych w Polsce źródeł danych, np. takich które zostały udostępnione przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny, Główny Urząd Geodezji i Kartografii czy też w ramach projektów Urban Atlas lub OpenStreetMap. Ostatecznie zaproponowano zbiór kryteriów oceny, które mieściły się w sześciu kategoriach i pokrywały aspekty: kosztowe, udziału ładowarek dużej mocy, związane z dostępnością przestrzenną, a także integracją sieci ładowarek samochodów elektrycznych z systemem publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Tak opracowany zbiór kryteriów został zastoso¬wany do oceny sieci punktów ładowania w Poznaniu dla stanu obecnego oraz trzech opracowanych przez autorów wariantów predykcyjnych, które spełniają wymagania ustawy o elektromobilności i paliwach alternatywnych.

The article discusses the problem of appraisal of the location of electric car charging stations. The article is focused on identifying potential criteria for assessing the network of charging points. It was assumed that the determination of the value of these criteria should be possible by using publicly available data sources in Poland, e.g. those that were made available by the Central Statistical Office of Poland, Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography or as part of Urban Atlas or OpenStreetMap projects. Finally, a set of evaluation criteria was proposed, which were classified to six categories and covered the aspects of: cost, the share of high power charging stations, spatial accessibility as well as the integration of electric car charger network with the public transport system. The set was used to assess the network of charging stations in Poznan for the present state and three forecasting variants developed by the authors, which meet the requirements of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels.
