Analiza rynku białych certyfikatów na rynkach zagranicznych pozwala wysunąć wnioski odnośnie do wpływu różnych mechanizmów rynkowych na realizację założeń Dyrektywy 2006/32/WE i skorzystać z doświadczeń Państw Członkowskich, w których systemy białych certyfikatów działają już od lat. Plany wdrożenia systemu białych certyfikatów w Polsce budzą wiele kontrowersji i obaw.

Analysis of white certificates' foreign markets allows to draw conclusions concerning influence of various market mechanisms on realization of Directive 2006/32/WE assumptions and make use of memeber states' experience where white certificate systems have already functioned for many years. Plans to implement the system of white certificates in Poland arouse many controversions and fears.

It is shown that every Polish space X with dimT X ≥ d admits a compact subspace Y such that dimH Y ≥ d where dimT and dimH denote the topological and Hausdorff dimensions, respectively.
