How to evaluate features and select nodes is one of the key issues in constructing decision trees. In this work fuzzy rough set theory is employed to design an index for evaluating the quality of fuzzy features or numerical attributes. A fuzzy rough decision tree algorithm, which can be used to address classification problems described with symbolic, real-valued or fuzzy features, is developed. As node selection, split generation and stopping criterion are three main factors in constructing a decision tree, we design different techniques to determine splits with different kinds of features. The proposed algorithm can directly generate a classification tree without discretization or fuzzification of continuous attributes. Some numerical experiments are conducted and the comparative results show that the proposed algorithm is effective compared with some popular algorithms.

The existing traffic lane recognition algorithms have the weaknesses of low recognition ratio, bad robustness and real-time, for overcoming these drawbacks, this paper proposed an algorithm of lane recognition based on multi-structure elements model of morphological. In the algorithm, the region of interest (ROI) is extracted from the original image, which is detected by the operator of Canny. After that, the lanes are extracted by the structure elements, which have similar characteristics to that of lane model. Several lines are detected by Hough transformation, and choose the parameters to reconstruct the traffic lane. The experiment results show that this algorithm is simple, has better robustness, and at the same time, can efficiently detect the lane mask accurately and quickly.

W artykule opisano metodę rozpoznawania linii na jezdni z poruszającego się pojazdu. Metoda bazuje na opracowaniu modelu morfologicznego multi-strukturalnego linii na podstawie danego obrazu oraz zastosowaniu transformaty Hough w celu wyznaczenia parametrów. Uzyskano w ten sposób zwiększenie szybkości w przypadku złożonego otoczenia, przy jednoczesnej niskim stopniu skomplikowania.

This paper, firstly in accordance with the engineering design method, PID controller are used to control the current loop and speed loop common on double closed-loop DC converter, and build dual-loop PID control model, and Matlab’s emulation to model, as well as analysis and evaluate the structural of the simulation. Because conventional PID control can not meet the parameters of the controlled object changes and lack of non-linear characteristics, the fuzzy self-tuning PID can overcome the uncertainty and nonlinear objects, furthermore the fuzzy self-tuning PID has more flexibility and adaptability, so this paper putting to use fuzzy self-tuning PID controller for dual-speed loop in the closed-loop system to transform, so that it has not or less affected by the object model, you can achieve high performance, robustness and other advantages.
