Zbadano teksturę i mikrostrukturę płytek o czerepie porowatym oraz spieczonym po ich uformowaniu oraz po procesie obróbki termicznej. Wyznaczono następujące parametry tekstury i mikrostruktury: wielkość ziaren i ich kształt; wielkość i zwartość agregatów oraz wielkość, objętość oraz kształt porów. Wyznaczono zawartości fazy ciekłej powstającej w wypalonych wyrobach porowatych i spieczonych w oparciu o diagramy fazowe. Stwierdzono, że tekstura wypalonych wyrobów jest konsekwencją składu chemicznego zestawu surowcowego, temperatury wypalania i ilości powstającej fazy ciekłej a parametry tekstury wyrobów uformowanych są prekursorami parametrów mikrostruktury wypalonych wyrobów.

The texture and microstructure of porous and sintered tiles after their formation and thermal treatment were studied. The following texture and microstructure parameters were determined: grain sizes and shape, sizes and compactness of aggregates as well as sizes, volume and shapes of pores. Contents of liquid phase formed in the porous and fired materials were evaluated, based on the phase diagrams. It has been found that the texture of fired materials is influenced by chemical composition of raw materials, heat treatment temperature and the amount of liquid phase formed, whereas the microstructure of the materials, obtained after firing, depended on the texture parameters.
