Kontradykcja pomiędzy ideologią współczesnego terroryzmu islamskiego a wykorzystaniem zachodniej techniki wojskowej

Artykuł jest poświęcony jednemu z największych zagrożeń dla szeroko pojmowanego bezpieczeństwa, jakim stał się międzynarodowy terroryzm grup muzułmańskich. Na wstępie przedstawiono czynniki historyczne, polityczne i społeczne będące genezą fundamentalizmu i terroryzmu islamskiego. U podstaw walki dwóch światów – zachodniego i muzułmańskiego – leżą uprzedzenia, pamięć wzajemnych krzywd, błędy polityczne i różnice religijne, a zwłaszcza fundamentalizm religijny, który nie dopuszcza żadnego konsensusu. Druga część zawiera krótką historię fundamentalizmu islamskiego oraz filozofię, a także przedstawia jego rolę jako ideologiczną podbudowę dla terroryzmu. Akcent położono na wykazanie wrogości ideologii fundamentalistów wobec cywilizacji euroatlantyckiej, jej kultury i podstawowych zasad. Ostatnia część jest poświęcona ukazaniu sprzeczności pomiędzy oficjalną doktryną terrorystyczną a rzeczywistością. Ekstremiści islamscy wbrew głoszonym poglądom i wrogości wobec świata zachodniego i wszystkiego, co sobą przedstawia, wykorzystują zachodnie technologie i zdobycze cywilizacyjne w walce o realizacje swych często utopijnych celów. Wiele poszlak wskazuje na to, że wizja fanatycznego terrorysty dysponującego nowoczesną bronią masowej zagłady może być realna, a co za tym idzie skala zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa globalnego dramatycznie wzrasta. Natomiast przywódcy organizacji terrorystycznych udają, że nie dostrzegają kontradykcji głoszonych przez siebie poglądów oraz haseł z własnymi planami i dokonaniami. Jest to widoczne w ich dążeniu do konfrontacji z wyimaginowanym wrogiem, czyli całym Zachodem, przy użyciu zachodniej techniki, od której oficjalnie się odżegnują.

This article deals with one of the greatest threats for security in its broad sense, that is the international terrorism of Islamic groups. First of all historical, political and social factors are depicted that constitute the origins of the Islamic fundamentalism and terrorism. Prejudices, the memory of reciprocal damages, political mistakes and religious differences, in particular religious fundamentalism, preventing any consensus, are the origins of the fight between the two worlds: the Western and the Islamic. In a second part author includes a brief history of Islamic fundamentalism, its philosophy and presents its role as the ideological basis for terrorism. Article’s main focus is to present the hostility of fundamental ideology against the Euro-Atlantic civilisation, its culture and basis rules. Islamic extremists, against the views they officially preach, with hostility against the western world and everything it personifies, use western technologies and inventions in fight for their utopian goals. Many elements prove that the vision of zealous terrorist having the state-of-the art weapon of mass destruction can be real, and therefore the threat to global security dramatically rises. However, the leaders of terrorist organisations pretend not to see any contradictions within the views and slogans they preach when compared to their terrorist plans and actions. This is visible in their strive for confrontation with imaginary enemy, i.e. the whole West, using the western technology they officially condemn.

Advantages and disadvantages of separate studies on dynamic systems using either theoretical or experimental methods have been emphasized, and a stand point has been expressed that both methods must definitely be combined. Measurements of vibration in the rotational motion by means of an RWJ instrument served as the methodology of experimental studies, while Lagrange quadratic equations were used for theoretical analysis. The combined experimental-theoretical methodology was adopted for the nonstationary motion of a stepper motor. The analysis and reduction of the system of equations of dynamics for an inverse issue have been presented and selected experimental solutions for the motion of the drive system of a stepper motor has been quoted.

Znajomość zmian prędkości przemieszczających się zespołów ruchu manipulatora jest ważna ze względu na synchronizację współpracy manipulatora z innymi urządzeniami, np. gdy obiekt manipulacji przemieszcza się, a także w przypadku gdy należy ustalić zależność zmiany prędkości i wielkości przemieszczenia zespołów ruchu, np. ze względu na bezpieczeństwo pracy. Praktyczna realizacja tego celu wymaga zastosowania odpowiedniej aparatury umożliwiającej rejestrację obrazu płaszczyzny fazowej. Celem głównym badań jest pomiar przemieszczeń zespołu ruchu obrotowego manipulatora montażowego typu NM po wygenerowaniu sygnału STOP-AWARIA przez układ sterowania, w różnych położeniach tego zespołu.

The knowledge of velocity changes of shifting manipulator's movement sets is important due to a synchronization in cooperation in between the manipulator and other devices: for instance-when the object of manipulation shifts or when the dependence of velocity changes or changes in movement length have to be determined to maintain work safety conditions. Practical realization of that aim requires the use of proper apparatus, which can enable the recording of phase plane diagram. The main goal of the examination is to measure the shifts of NM manipulator's rotary movement sets after generating a STOP-FAILURE signal by a control system, at different positions of that set.

Influence of torsional vibration on heat transfer in high speed rotating heat exchanger

The state-of-the-art of research on the influence of vibration on the intensity of convective heat transfer has been described by means of selected examples. The wide range of own research for high speed rotating heat exchangers has been presented. The experimental stands, measuring equipment and some of its vibration characteristics have been described. The influence of torsional vibration with low frequency only at very small Re numbers has been found.
