Zgodnie z wymogami zarządzania danymi z wielu systemów, informatyzacja przedsiębiorstw petrochemicznych uległa znaczącym zmianom. Analizie poddano problemy konwencjonalnych metod podejmowania decyzji w przedsiębiorstwach petrochemicznych. Dzięki temu podejmujący decyzje mogą poprawić współpracę i uzyskać zoptymalizowane możliwości przetwarzania danych o zasobach przedsiębiorstwa z wielu systemów. Analizując wspólne działanie w połączeniu z procesem informatyzacji wybranego przedsiębiorstwa oraz perspektywy zastosowań, osiągnięto zwiększenie wydajności w wyniku zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem petrochemicznym.

The conventional decision making methods for petrochem. enterprises were analyzed and compared with cloud computing technol. For optimizing the collaborative decision making by using the MapReduce-distributed processing framework. This framework benefited from an advantage of parallel processing the cloud-computing technol. to reorganize the decision members in particular departments. This reorganization allowed decision members of an improvement of the collaboration with each other and achieving an optimized enterprise resource data processing capability from multiple systems.

The raw coal was utilized as adsorbent based on its remarkable adsorption ability of coal slime to organic compounds in the flotation process. This paper mainly investigates adsorption behaviors of benzpyrole (BZP), pyrrole (PR) and benzoic acid (BA) on powdered coal (PC). In the monocomponent solution, the removal efficiencies of BZP, PR and BA reached 85.23%, 55.02% and 24.84% at PC dosage of 20 g/dm3. Adsorption behaviors of three pollutants fitted perfectly to the pseudo-second order kinetics model and liquid film diffusion occupied the largest proportion in rate-limiting step according to the diffusion rates. Furthermore, the influences of pH on adsorption behaviors and competitive adsorption mechanism of three pollutants were also reported.

Ether diamine (Fm 2835-2L) was used as a collector for flotation of quartz. It allows flotation of quartz from mica and calcite. The adsorption mechanism of Fm 2835-2L on quartz was investigated by flotation tests, zeta-potential measurements and infra-red (FTIR) spectra measurements. Results show that Fm 2835-2L adsorbs on the quartz surface in physical adsorption with no new products, changing its zeta potentials, and increasing its hydrophobicity. The effect of calcium ions on flotation of quartz was investigated by flotation tests and zeta-potential measurements. Results show that under neutral or weakly acidic conditions calcium cation can adsorb onto the surfaces of quartz, increase the zeta potential of quartz particles, which in turn causes weaker aggregation of quartz particles and lower flotation recovery of quartz. Under the alkaline conditions the hydrolytic components of calcium are also adsorbed on the quartz surface and increase the zeta potential of quartz particles, which causes stronger aggregation of quartz particles and higher flotation recovery of quartz. However, the hydrolytic components such as CaOH+, Ca(OH)2(aq) and Ca(OH)2(s) were not formed in significant amounts in the best flotation tests.

By the finite element analysis method, the deformation and stress of the double-shearing mirror assembly is studied to validate the feasibility of the opto-mechanical structure. The side axial deformations (within A400 mm) of the upper semicircular mirror and the lower one are both up to micrometer order along the Y-direction under gravitational action. The equivalent stresses of two semicircular mirrors are more concentrated in the contact areas, but far less than the admissible stress of K9 material. The axial deformations of double-shearing mirror surfaces induced by the temperature rise are very serious, which are the major error sources for the measurement accuracy. The experimental results further validate the analysis conclusions available and show the opto-mechanical design to be reasonable.

EN
An integrated design method is discussed which thoroughly considers related parameters of the various subsystems in order to optimize the overall system that mainly consists of opto-mechanical structure CAD, CAE and the integrated information platform PDM. Based on the parameter drive of the virtual main model, the method focuses on the model transformation and data share among different design and analysis steps, and so the concurrent simulation and design optimization are carried out. As an example of application, the integrated design for a large-scale opto-mechanical structure is introduced, including optical design, structure design and analysis, which further validates the advantages of the method. Due to comprehensive consideration of the design and analysis process by CAD and CAE based on PDM, the integrated design well attains the structure optimization with high efficiency.
