The urgency of the multimodularity concept in a modern robotics is connected to increase of requirements to the created mobile technical systems intended for performance of the broad variety of tasks, including problems of development of space, safety of ability to live and counteraction to terrorism. The modular approach is considered to be the most perspective. There are considered functionalities of multimodular system of wheel type and given characteristics of working breadboard models of modules. The purposes are formulated and results of experimental researches are given.

A number of monographies and scientific papers are devoted to the problem of theoretical description of turbulent phenomena as this problem has appeared to be unfading for more than 150 years. From time to time there arise very bright new ideas and methods, which inspire many scientists to overcome unusual difficulties connected with understanding of the essence of the problem. Nevertheless the practical importance of an engineering solution to this problem has generated a great number of semiempirical models where the question about essence of the problem is not considered and the results are adjusted to a certain set of practically important flows. Thus the emphasis is put on the description of low order average such as average velocity, average pressure, average kinetic energy, average concentration of chemical components etc. Besides modeling has been developed due to impossibility of direct numerical simulation of flows at very high Reynolds numbers. Nevertheless significant progress in experimental and theoretical studies of non-isotropic turbulent flows has been recently made. It enables us to turn to the original problems connected with the essence of the phenomenon [1-4].

A solution procedure based on computer-algebra methods is applied to the eigenvalue problem for the Rayleigh equation with the Blasius velocity profile. The procedure can be used to manipulate power series containing a large number of terms. An expression for the phase velocity of the lowest-order harmonic is obtained in the form of a series in the wave-vector components. Representation of the series in terms of Fade approximants is considered with a view to improving their convergence.

With the purpose of modeling of coherent structures m laminar and turbulent boundary layers on a plate the properties of the appropriate profiles of longitudinal speed are considered. The spectral characteristics of profiles were determined in temporary statement. A resonance between 3-dimentional Sqaire and Tollmien-Schlichting waves of a discrete spectrum, and also 3-wave resonance for the lowest mode of Tollmien-Schlichting waves are considered. The qualitative comparison with experimental results is carried out.
