Companies can’t create innovation and achieve success without the efficient, effective methodology for shaping the product. In a highly competitive company cannot create innovation and achieve success without the efficient, effective methodology for shaping the product. It can be used with the analysis of the S-curve of the product. The manufacturer needs to know at what stage of the S-curve is the product (in terms of construction technology, and commercial). The paper presents the Law of Technical System Evolution of H. Altszullera. They can provide a basis for forecasting product development and guide the directions of its further modernization. The author showed the possibility of further development of the product in accordance with the law dynamization of system.

The paper presents effectiveness of Database as one of the solution of Theory of Solving Innovative Problems (TRIZ). The rapid development of innovations is very hard for every company as the competition is very high. TRIZ proposes a method for new solutions development. The article describes problem of the functioning of the public hand dryers. Drying hands is the removal of water by the nomenclature of TRIZ. For such defined problem 42 solutions from the Database of physical effects can be found. The second example given in the article is a, problem of getting stuck with a moist clay snails in the trays. To solve this problem the effect of banks was used by the author. In a list of problems with their associated solutions in the form of physical, chemical and geometrical effects is given. The useful physical effects for removing contradictions which appear in technical systems were summarized.

Artykuł prezentuje wykorzystanie zapisu wektorowego do prowadzenia analizy w MTZ, dla wąskospecjalizowanych zadań. Elementy zbiorów: A, B, C - przedstawia się jako wektory, zdefiniowane w przestrzeni n - wymiarowej i podlegające algebrze wektorów. Wektorowe ujęcie metody MTZ mogłoby stanowić wstęp do budowy algorytmu i w efekcie do komputeryzacji metody. Artykuł dyskusyjny.

W artykule przedstawiono pojęcia dotyczące innowacji w działalności przedsiębiorstwa i ich wpływ na jego funkcjonowanie. Omówiono koszty jakości ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem relacji producent-klient. Zaproponowano nowe podejście do analizy innowacyjnych działań pro-jakościowych, z wykorzystaniem metody trzech zbiorów (MTZ). Do wyznaczania kosztów zastosowano sieci neuronowe i arkusz kalkulacyjny Excel.

In this report, notions concerning the innovations in the activities of an enterprise and their influence on its life have been shown. Quality costs, with special regard to relations producer - client have been discussed. A new approach to the analysis of pro - quality innovation activities with the three gatherings method (TGM) has been proposed. For the calculation of costs, neural nets and Excel calculating chart have been used.
