Wartość dodana jako miara wartości kreowanej dla interesariuszy w górnictwie

W artykule podjęto problem tworzenia i podziału wartości dodanej kreowanej w przedsiębiorstwie. Stanowi ona różnicę między przychodami ze sprzedaży a wartością kosztów materialnych bez amortyzacji, co oznacza, że jest sumą amortyzacji, kosztów niematerialnych i wygospodarowanego zysku. Tak wygenerowana wartość dzielona jest między pracowników, budżet, dawców kapitału i przedsiębiorstwo. Badania przeprowadzone w sektorze górniczym w latach 2004÷2010 wykazały, że największym beneficjentem wartości nowo wytworzonej są pracownicy. Konsumują oni ponad 50 % tej wartości. Relatywnie stabilny wynoszący średnio 9,2 % jest udział budżetu w strukturze podziału wartości dodanej. Dla przedsiębiorstwa na reprodukcję prostą i rozwój pozostaje ponad 20 % tej wartości.

The authors of the article attempt to highlight the problem of creation and distribution of added value in the enterprise. This value is the difference between sales revenue and the value of input costs excluding amortization, what at the same time means that it is the sum of amortization, intangible costs and generated profit. The added value created in such a way is being distributed between employees, the budget, capital suppliers (creditors) and the enterprise itself. The research activities conducted in the years 2004÷2010 showed that the biggest beneficiaries of newly generated value are the employees as they consume over 50 % of it. The share of the budget in the value added distribution structure is relatively stable and amounts to 9.2 % on the average. For the enterprise remain more than 20 % of the added value for simple reproduction and future development.
