Modern digital measurement techniques of close-range photogrammetry find general application in many fields of science and technology . in construction, architecture, energy sector, metrology of machinery and equipment, robotics, in control processes of industrial production, medicine, biology etc. The paper presents a concept of a database for storing and making available in the internet environment digital resources of photogrammetric and thermovisual data and numerical measurement data, which may be acquired from n-dimension short-range records realized in i-epochs. In the project, the authors defined the rights of users and suggested the structure of the database . a conceptual and functional model. Information solution for the project was connected with indication of programming tools which allow to create the model of database with database software defined. Legal aspects and relevant IT standards were also presented.
