Stopy z pamięcią kształtu NiTi są coraz częściej stosowane w medycynie, jako implanty kostne lub kardiologiczne. Jednak ze względu na zjawisko metalozy, tj. migracji składników stopu do otaczających tkanek, są poddawane różnym obróbkom powierzchniowym w celu polepszenia odporności korozyjnej i biozgodności bez wpływu na ich specyficzne właściwości, czyli pamięć kształtu i nadsprężystość. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki porównawczych badań odporności korozyjnej stopu NiTi przed i po procesach azotowania jarzeniowego w niskotemperaturowej plazmie w temperaturze 300°C. Proces azotowania jarzeniowego przeprowadzono na próbkach o różnej topografii powierzchni. Badania odporności korozyjnej metodą potencjodynamiczną i spektroskopii impedancyjnej przeprowadzono w roztworze Ringera oraz Hanka w temperaturze 37°C. Wyniki uzupełniono badaniami chropowatości i morfologii powierzchni. Uzyskane wyniki wykazały wzrost odporności korozyjnej stopu NiTi po procesie azotowania. Zaobserwowano istotny wpływ chropowatości powierzchni na odporność korozyjną stopu NiTi bez i z warstwą azotku tytanu.

NiTi shape memory alloys are used for cardiological and bone implants. However on account of the metallosis effect, i.e. the migration of the alloy constituents into the surrounding tissues, they are submitted to various surface treatment processes in order to improve their corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, without affecting the shape memory properties that need to be maintained. Comparative studies on the corrosion resistance of NiTi alloys both prior to and after nitriding in low-temperature plasma at a temperature of 300°C are presented. Nitriding under glow discharge conditions was conducted on samples with varying surface roughness. Examinations via the potentiodynamic and impedance spectroscopy methods (EIS) were carried out in Hank’s and Ringer’s solutions at 37°C. Corrosion resistance tests were supplemented by morphology and roughness tests of the surface of NiTi alloy both with and without a diffusive layer. The obtained results show an increase in the corrosion resistance of NiTi alloys after nitriding. There was a significant impact of surface roughness on the corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy both with and without a nitrided layer.

More and more frequently companies decide to get rid of certain functions of their structures by using outside firms to provide components and services. Outsourcing, very popular in recent years, has the purpose of reducing spendings in departments of a company. However, it this goal achieved? Often, such cost reduction is connected with the dependence of the customer on the supplier - which can, in the long run, globally contribute to raising costs. Will such delegation of certain responsibilities not cause a significant danger of losing its independence and a gradual increase in spendings in such a way that, in a broader perspective, they will be much higher than the costs before outsourcing? What will happen when a company dependent on its supplier or provider wants to pass another or a different company a particular job? Furthermore, if the company management decided to dispense with the services offered by a third party - would we be able to import the data that we receive into any other system? The compilation is an attempt at familiarizing the reader with the meaning of Cloud computing, as well as the concepts directly related to it. An attempt has been made to systemise the knowledge of the subject and present the main premises and hazards that are associated with the implementation of solution.

Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie procesu zaopatrzenia, który realizowany jest w realnie działającym przedsiębiorstwie. Przedstawiono pojecie logistyki zaopatrzenia oraz pojęcia bezpośrednio z nim powiązane. Zaprezentowano w jaki sposób teoria zaopatrzenia ma zastosowanie w praktyce. Obiektem badania jest przedsiębiorstwo zajmujące się niezwykle niszową działalnością - produkcją domów prefabrykowanych o konstrukcji drewnianej. Krok po kroku przedstawiono procedurę realizacji zamówień i dostaw od momentu pojawienia się zamówień wewnętrznych do dostarczenia materiałów na plac budowy z uwzględnieniem poszczególnych grup materiałów oraz dostaw w ramach serwisu posprzedażowego. Ukazano podstawowe problemy we właściwym funkcjonowaniu zaopatrzenia. Poddana analizie została funkcjonalność systemu informatycznego wspomagającego pracę Działu Logistyki. Przedstawiono również politykę przedsiębiorstwa w kontaktach z dostawcami.

The above article describes the supply process in real company. There are presented following conceptions - supply logistics and connected concepts. It was presented how the theory is adapted in practical business. The subject of the analysis is company from unique branch - manufacturing of prefabricated timber houses. It was presented step by step the procedure of executing orders and deliveries till the moment of occurring internal orders to deliver materials to construction site taking into account different material groups and deliveries within after sales services. The article presents main problems in correct functioning of supply chain. The computer systems supporting the logistics department was also analysed and the company policy towards suppliers was also described.
