The analysis of the structural scheme of the reflectometric system exciter was carried out. We show that the basic block diagram for the construction of range of the inverter is a single ring exciter digital frequency synthesizer. The mathematical model of range of the inverter exciter provides an analysis of the structural schemes of inverter with pathogen spectral methods. These expressions of the spectral power density of the phase fluctuations allowed to take into account the effect of the circuit elements of the inverter of the pathogen on its spectral characteristics and calculate the dispersion, the average deviation of the phase in the frequency band and the mean square raid exciter output signal phase.

Wykonano analizę schematu strukturalnego wzbudnicy systemu reflektometrycznego. Pokazujemy, że podstawowym schematem blokowym do budowy szeregu inwerterów jest cyfrowy syntezator częstotliwości z pojedynczą pętlą. Matematyczny model szeregu falowników przedstawia analizę schematów strukturalnych falownika za pomocą metod spektralnych patogenu. Te wyrażenia widmowej gęstości mocy fluktuacji fazowych pozwoliły uwzględnić wpływ elementów obwodu falownika patogenu na jego charakterystykę widmową i obliczyć dyspersję, średnie odchylenie fazy w paśmie częstotliwości i rms wzbudnica fazy sygnału wyjściowego.

The scheme for realization in system of automated control by the distributive company is offered. System Average Interruption Duration Index as dependent variable and territorial subdivisions of distribution network as independent variable in one-way analysis of variance are proposed. Examples of use System Average Interruption Duration Index as the Key Performance Indicators for an annual estimation of territorial subdivisions and workers of the distributive companies are examined.

Zaproponowano system realizacji w systemie automatycznej kontroli przez firmę dystrybucyjną. Wskazywany jest średni czas trwania zakłóceń systemu jako zależna zmienna i terytorialne podpodziały sieci dystrybucyjnej jako niezależnej zmiennej w jednokierunkowej analizie wariancji. Przykłady zastosowania Systemowego średniego indeksu zakłóceń jako kluczowych wskaźników wydajności dla rocznego oszacowania podziału terytorialnego i pracowników spółek dystrybucyjnych.

We developed a fuzzy technical and economic model for optimization the parameters of the ice melting schemes at 6-10 kV OPL of distribution power networks based on which we justified the value of ice melting deposits fusion power, taking into account the uncertainty of initial data.

Opracowano rozmyty model techniczny i ekonomiczny do optymalizacji parametrów schematów topienia lodu w napowietrznych sieciach dystrybucyjnych o napięciu 6-10 kV. Na podstawie tych modeli uzasadniono wartość mocy potrzebnej do stopnienia osadzonego lodu, biorąc pod uwagę niepewność danych początkowych.
