The main thesis of the paper is concerned with the strategy of Law and Justice Government, oriented to the carbon based electricity production. Author presents data illustrating how many different groups of interests is trying to have the impact on decisions taken in energy sector. The Government have persuaded public opinion, that the main goal of energy policy is to defend political position of miners. But in reality the governmental policy is supporting many others stakeholders in the economy.

In this scientific description are introduced chosen kinds of initial technological imperfections which occur in thin board's coats and also in bent coats. Using the MSC.Nastran system, presented imperfections are described and their influence on a form of the stability's loss and an overcritical work of boards nad coats are analysed.
