Ostatnia nowelizacja przepisów ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych stała się faktem. Nowe przepisy, które w sposób istotny zmieniają dotychczasowe regulacje, weszły w życie 24 października 2008 r. Jak wynika z uzasadnienia projektu ustawy (druk sejmowy nr 471), celem nowelizacji było dostosowanie naszych regulacji w zakresie zamówień publicznych do standardów obowiązujących w Unii Europejskiej.

The latest version of the legislation concerning public procurement has finally become reality. The new rules materially alter the existing arrangements entered into force on the 24th of October 2008. The purpose of this revising was to adapt our regulations on public procurement to the standards of the European Union. The draft amendments adopted were adopted with great speed, which is not to be wondered at since the lack of compatibility of Polish legislation with European law has become somewhat of a subject of interest in the European Commission. Not without reason, the amendment has already raised concerns and criticism alike.
