To study the force and deformation characteristics of subsea mudmat-pile hybrid foundations under different combined loads, a project at a water depth of 200 m in the South China Sea was studied. A numerical model of a subsea mudmatpile hybrid foundation is developed using the numerical simulation software FLAC3D. The settlement of the seabed soil, the bending moments of the mudmat, and the displacements and bending moments along the pile shaft under different load combinations, including vertical load and horizontal load, vertical load and bending moment, and horizontal load and bending moment load, are analyzed. The results indicate that settlement of the seabed soil is reduced by the presence of piles. The settlement of the mudmat is reduced by the presence of piles. Different degrees of inclination occur along the pile shaft. The angle of inclination of pile No. 1 is greater than that of pile No. 2. The dip directions of piles No. 1 and No. 2 are identical under the vertical load and bending moment and are opposite to those under the other combined loads. The piles that are located at the junctions between the mudmat and the tops of the piles are easily destroyed.

Time-domain induced polarization (TDIP) measurement is seriously affected by power line interference and other field noise. Moreover, existing TDIP instruments generally output only the apparent chargeability, without providing complete secondary field information. To increase the robustness of TDIP method against interference and obtain more detailed secondary field information, an improved dataprocessing algorithm is proposed here. This method includes an efficient digital notch filter which can effectively eliminate all the main components of the power line interference. Hardware model of this filter was constructed and Vhsic Hardware Description Language code for it was generated using Digital Signal Processor Builder. In addition, a time-location method was proposed to extract secondary field information in case of unexpected data loss or failure of the synchronous technologies. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the method and the notch filter were verified by using the Cole-Cole model implemented by SIMULINK software. Moreover, indoor and field tests confirmed the application effect of the algorithm in the fieldwork.

A sensitive and simple liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS) method for determination of dasatinib in rat plasma using one-step protein precipitation was developed. After addition of carbamazepine as internal standard (IS), protein precipitation by acetonitrile was used as sample preparation. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an SB-C18 (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase with gradient elution. Electrospray ionization (ESI) source was applied and operated in positive ion mode; selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode was used to quantification using target fragment ions m/z 488.2 for dasatinib and m/z 338.7 for the IS. Calibration plots were linear over the range of 10–1000 ng mL−1 for dasatinib in rat plasma. Lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) for dasatinib was 10 ng mL−1. Mean recovery of dasatinib from plasma was in the range 82.2%–93.6%. Relative standard deviation (RSD) of intra-day and inter-day precision were both less than 8%. This developed method is successfully used in pharmacokinetic study of dasatinib in rats.
