Different physical and chemical properties of composite components are causing their special vulnerability for negative effects bounded with operation under conditions other than recommended by manufacturer, which has a direct impact on operation safety. Operation of component under conditions different than recommended precludes effective heat transfer, leading to disturbance of thermal equilibrium, and speeding up material aging, causing composite delamination, and higher activity of aggressive chemical agents.

W pracy przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia modelowania, symulacji i oceny procesów technologicznych montażu za pomocą sieci Petriego. Wybrane definicje tej teorii przystosowano do zagadnień występujących w procesach technologicznych montażu. Wykorzystano funkcje wejścia i wyjścia do symulacji oraz oceny procesu technologicznego montażu. Ponadto opisano wskaźnik poprawności procesu WPP i zaprezentowano możliwości programu komputerowego PetriSym, który opracowano na podstawie uzyskanych wyników badań.

Problems of modelling, simulation and evaluation of technological processes of assembly using Petri net were presented in the paper. Selected definitions of this theory were adapted for problems connected with technological processes of assembly. Functions of input and output were used to simulation and evaluation of technological processes of assembly. Moreover, the WPP index of process correctness was presented and the capabilities of a PetriSym computer program were described. This program was prepared on the basis of research results.
