Measurement of the fixational eye movements based on observation of the eye pupil kinetics

The paper presents measurement method of fast eye movement by use of the high-speed CCD camera, with recording rate 200fps. Sequences of the pupil’s images recorded within 10 seconds were next decomposed into frames and processed numerically. The position of the center of eye pupil were used to describe the eyeball movement during fixation. The calculated results allowed to achieve the goal of this paper, that is to characterize the fixational eye movement.

W artykule zostały poruszone zagadnienie kontroli wewnętrznej oraz jej znaczenie dla celów zarządzania. Omówiono dokładnie pojęcie kontroli wewnętrznej, a także scharakteryzowano opisywane przedsiębiorstwo produkcyjne. Przeanalizowany został system kontroli wewnętrznej zaimplementowany w firmie. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na kontrole, których wykonywanie jest obowiązkiem przedsiębiorstwa i te, które wykonuje na potrzeby własne.

The concept of internal control is a management tool used to obtain reasonable assurance that the objectives of the company are achieved. This article presents the concept of internal control, and describes legal regulations that have influence on it. The author presents an example of international production company as an example of properly functioning system of internal control. An article proves that correctly implemented control can become an indispensable tool used at all levels of management.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie, na przykładzie dwóch międzynarodowych przedsiębiorstw, outsourcingu jako skutecznego narzędzia biznesowego oraz scharakteryzowanie jego podstaw teoretycznych. Niniejsze opracowanie zawiera wyjaśnienie pojęcia „outsourcing” oraz przedstawia sposób, w jaki został on zaimplementowany. Głównym celem tego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie outsourcingu, jako metody zarządzania, który korzystnie wpływa na rozwój przedsiębiorstw. Obecnie outsourcing jest bardzo popularnym narzędziem zarządzania wykorzystywanym na całym świecie. Coraz więcej przedsiębiorstw decyduje się, na korzystanie z usług firm trzecich głównie w celu ograniczenia kosztów stałych swojej działalności.

Outsourcing is one of the key management concepts used in the modern economy. It is applied as a tool to improve the efficiency of the company. Outsourcing is defined as a process of separation from one company organizational structure their functions and transferring them to other economy entity. The main objective of outsourcing is to simplify the organizational structure and operations which enable the company to focus on strategic issues and reducing operating costs. This article presents the way of application and utilization of outsourcing by international manufacturing company. Author described the cooperation between the production company and BPO service center. The analysis of collaboration between these two enterprises confirms that outsourcing, as a management approach, can improve the efficiency of the company.
