Zastosowanie w praktyce budowlanej zasad zrównoważonego budownictwa jest objęte pracami badawczymi i ustawodawczymi, których efektem są normy i inne dokumenty stanowiące pomoc projektantom i inwestorom w ocenie wyrobów budowlanych i budynków w cyklu życia. Prezentowane w literaturze przedmiotu badania koncentrują się przede wszystkim na analizie oddziaływań środowiskowych w fazie wytwarzania wyrobów budowlanych. Tematyka artykułu dotyczy realizacji robót budowlanych w procesach remontowych na etapie eksploatacji budynków i przedstawia koncepcję ich analizy oraz oceny środowiskowo-ekonomicznej i socjalnej. Przedstawiono metodę oceny aspektu socjalnego z wykorzystaniem wskaźników ilościowych (ze względu na ograniczone dotychczas rozpoznanie naukowe tych zagadnień).

The application of the principles of sustainable construction in practice is covered by research and legislative works, the effect of which are standards and other documents helping designers and investors in the assessment of construction products and buildings in the life cycle. The research, presented in the literature, focus primarily on the study of environmental impacts, in particular in the phase of manufacturing construction products. The subject of the paper concerns the implementation of construction works in renovation processes in the use stage and presents the concept of their analysis and environmental economic and social assessment. The paper presents the methodology for the evaluation the social aspect based on quantitative indicators (due to the limited scientific recognition of this area).

Celem opracowania jest charakterystyka rozwiązań konstrukcyjno-materiałowych przegród budowlanych (ścian i dachu) uwzględniająca założenia zrównoważonego rozwoju. Analizie poddano 3 technologie realizacji obiektów w tym 2 tradycyjne, wykorzystujące ceramiczne materiały budowlane i szkielet drewniany, oraz 1 nowatorską opartą na spienionym polistyrenie. Warianty oceniano wg 12 czynników charakteryzujących najważniejsze obszary zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zaobserwowany brak wyraźnej przewagi jednego z analizowanych rozwiązań konstrukcyjno-materiałowych nad pozostałymi pod względem omawianych czynników stanowił punkt wyjścia do analizy wielokryterialnej. Dokonano porównania rozwiązań metodami WAP, AHP oraz TOPSIS i poszukiwano technologii najlepiej spełniającej założenia analizy. W rezultacie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono dominację rozwiązania wykorzystującego szkielet drewniany potwierdzaną trzykrotnie (w każdej metodzie analizy wielokryterialnej). Wyniki umożliwiają porównanie technologii, pośrednio - wskazanie materiałów budowlanych spełniających założenia zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz określenie stopnia ich wdrożenia w nowo powstających technologiach.

The aim of the study is to characterize the construction and material solutions of building partitions (walls and roof), which takes into account the sustainable development. The analysis includes 3 technologies - 2 traditional variants, used ceramic materials and timber frame and 1 innovative solution based on the expanded polystyrene. These solutions were assessed according to 12 factors, characterizing the most important areas of sustainable development. We observed no clear advantage of one of the analyzed construction-material solutions over the remaining in terms of these factors, what was the starting point for the multi-criteria analysis. A solutions comparison was made using WAP, AHP and TOPSIS methods and technology that best meets the analysis assumptions, was searched. As a result of the study, it was found the dominance of solution using timber frame, three times confirmed (in each method multi-criteria analysis). The results make it possible to compare the technologies, indirectly-indicate building materials, which meet the assumptions of sustainable development and determine degree of implementation of sustainable development in emerging technologies.

Analysis key success factors in type selection strategy for construction companies in Poland. Success in the construction industry is determined by the ability to develop and implement an aproppriate strategy. Due to the significant impact of construction on condition of the national economy, the comprehensive analysis of its situation and the development potential is justified. The aim of the research is identifying the type of strategy for the large construction companies in Poland. This article focuses on the key success factors, which are a starting point for comparing the current situation of the sector with the perfect conditions and performing strategic analysis. On the basis of literature and market observation, a list of 44 KSF grouped in 9 categories, was developed.

Celem badań jest wskazanie typu strategii dla sektora dużych przedsiębiorstw budowlanych w Polsce. Artykuł koncentruje się na kluczowych czynnikach sukcesu, będących punktem wyjścia do porównania obecnej sytuacji sektora ze stanem idealnym oraz przeprowadzenia analizy strategicznej.

W kontekście uwarunkowań dla zamówień publicznych poddano analizie ceny ofertowe firm wykonawczych spełniających warunki przetargu ograniczonego na realizację zadania: „Budowa drogi ekspresowej S7 Kraków–Rabka Zdrój na odcinku Naprawa–Skomielna Biała … wraz z budową tunelu”. Zbadano zmienność cen ofertowych przedmiotu zamówienia oraz realizacji poszczególnych obiektów (grup robót), jak również udział nakładów na drążenie tunelu w ogólnej wartości zamówienia. W analizach uwzględniono również doświadczenia z budowy tunelu w drodze S69 Szare–Laliki. Wnioski stanowią próbę wskazania regularności w strukturze kosztów realizacji dróg wraz z obiektami inżynierskimi i tunelem.

Article examines the architecture offers submitted in the open tender for the task: “Construction of the expressway S7 Krakow–Rabka Zdrój section Naprawa–Skomielna Biała ... with the construction of the tunnel.” We examined the volatility of the contract and the implementation of individual tasks, as well as the participation of expenditure on hollow tunnel in the total contract value. In the example, the calculation of the estimate presented the design and structure of prices drill holes tunnel mining method and contrasted it with the investor’s cost estimate and offer the winner. The analysis also takes into account the experience of the construction of a tunnel through S69 Szare–Laliki. Proposals are an attempt to formulate a response to the question about the causes of the existing level of asking prices.
