The paper presents the method and construction of a device for energy-efficient preparation of mixed nutritive fodder with simultaneous dosing. The feed mix is produced by the crossing of bulky feed streams with high energy particles. Rational parameters of creating feed compound have been determined.

W publikacji przedstawiono metodę i konstrukcję urządzenia do energooszczędnego przygotowania mieszanki pasz treściwych z jednoczesnym jej dozowaniem. Mieszanka paszowa powstaje w procesie przecinania się strumieni paszy objętościowej z cząstkami wysokoenergetycznymi. Określono racjonalne parametry tworzenia mieszanki paszowej.

In the paper presented are results of research of forage crushers and on the basis of theoretical works the conclusion is made about the necessity of creation of a forage grinder providing the crushing and the mixing of forages made in the conditions of large horned livestock farms. The analysis of design of the grinder - HCK-3 and fodder preparation the unit AFIK-IO was carried out. The received results allow to draw a conclusion on necessity of creation of the multipurpose grinder-mixer of forages on the base of the HCK-3.
